Kaley Cuoco today captioned her cupping session “feel the pain.” The 35-year-old “Big Bang Theory” alum, known for indulging in the no-pain-no-gain wellness trend, has actually flown her cupping expert out to Kentucky, where she’s been enjoying a low-key vacation with 2018-married husband Karl Cook and family members. Posting for her 6.7 million Instagram followers on Friday, Kaley showed what she goes through to feel good, and it came with a cute PJ bottoms and bra wardrobe. Check it out below.

“FEEL THE PAIN” then appeared in red-and-white caps as Kaley was filmed. The actress had, two years ago, featured her “angel” Flory, who dealt with her then and told her: “I’m doing gua sha. Your fascia is intense and tight, and I need to remove it … your nerves and your ligaments get better.”
