According to multiple reports, the payday for each of these celebrities will be off the charts, but it isn’t exactly what you would imagine.
In other words, the split in this boxing match is heavily favored to one side — and we will give you one guess who it is! But, it’s possible there is so much money in this pot, both stars can retire after the bout.
Take A Look!
According to reports, Floyd Mayweather is guaranteed a payday of $10 Million for this fight, along with FIFTY percent of the PPV revenue from the bout.
As for Logan Paul, he is set to earn only $250,000 for the fight, and 10% of the PPV.
Don’t let the numbers fool you. Logan Paul recently discussed his possible payday in an interview, claiming he is expecting to earn near $20 Million for his take in the PPV money, which means $200 Million could be earned watching this fight!
If you do the math, Floyd would be entitled to $100 Million of that money if the fight really gets that big of an audience! Wow.
It should be noted, the pay-per-view on this fight will be $49.99 for each household.
“I can fight a fighter right now and I can guarantee myself $35 million,” Mayweather said in a recent interview.
He continued, “I can eventually probably make $50 million, for just a regular fight. Or me and Logan Paul can go out, entertain, have fun and make nine figures, $100 million or more.”
Doing the math out loud, Floyd added, “$35 million for 12 rounds or $100 million for six rounds — big difference.”
Obviously, Money Mayweather has pulled in massive checks for fights in the past — and Logan is a wealthy YouTuber — but, this is going to be some BIG money! The fight is scheduled for this Saturday night, June 6, 2021!
