Get out of the way, because Sophie Turner is coming through with all the PRIDE in the world.
June 1st officially kicked off Pride month. June is a month to celebrate the promotion of the self-affirmation, dignity, equality, and increased visibility of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people as a social group.
Turner, who is married to Joe Jonas and shares daughter Willa, is starting off the month right with some social media support.
Of course, the pride support instantly sparked speculation that the “Game of Thrones” star was coming out as bisexual.
On Wednesday, June 2, Sophie took to her Instagram story to share her thoughts on Pride month.
In a now expired story she wrote, “It’s muthaf* #pride month babaaaayyyyy.’ Alongside the text she posted GIFs and stickers.
One sticker read, “Move, I’m Gay,” while another read, “Time isn’t straight and neither am I.” She posted additional stickers that said, “Gay Pride” and “Bi Pride.”
Sophie’s fans went wild over the news and flocked to social media to show their support.
One fan wrote, “IF SOPHIE TURNER IS BISEXUAL IT’S A MASSIVE WINS SHE’S SO HOT.”
Another fan shared the same sentiment tweeting, “SOPHIE TURNER BISEXUAL??? AND SEXY AT THE SAME TIME?? A WIN.”
This person cheered on Joe for being a “bi protector” writing, “the topic is sophie turner being a bisexual queen and joe jonas being a bi protector.”
However, this isn’t the first time Sophie has hinted or even alluded to the fact she is bisexual.
In a 2019 interview with Rolling Stone she said, “Everyone experiments. … It’s part of growing up. I love a soul, not a gender.”
As mentioned previously, Sophie is married to Joe and the couple recently celebrated their second wedding anniversary. The two welcomed their first child together last summer and have created a beautiful family of three.
The two began dating in 2016 and went Instagram official in 2017. They exchanged vows in Vegas in May 2019, and had an official wedding ceremony in France that same year.
So how did Sophie know Joe was the one she wanted to spend forever with?
In that same Rolling Stone interview, she was asked this question and replied, “I feel like I’ve lived enough life to know. I’ve met enough guys to know — I’ve met enough girls to know.”
When you know, you know.
And that’s the tea!
