Famous American television star and singer, Demi Lovato, is known for her appearance in some Disney shows, and her outstanding music. She recently spoke about her experience as a child earning money for her family.
At such a young age, the beautiful “Heart Attack” singer was already the sustaining her family financially.
It’s no lie that being in the public eye at a really young age can have it’s perks, but it also comes with negative effects on such people.

Demi’s Rise To Stardom
Lovato was first seen in a children television show “Barney and Friends,” in the early 2000’s Soon after, she rose to fame after her appearance in Disney’s “Camp Rock,” and its sequel.
She became even more prominent when she released her first album “Don’t Forget,” in which some of its songs where co-written by another Disney sensation “Jonas Brothers,” on September 23, 2008. She became really successful afterwards, and earned herself a household name.
During the “4D with Demi Lovato” podcast, the singer told Drew Barrymore this; “I noticed that when I came into the spotlight at a young age, and then was the breadwinner… there wasn’t a dossier, there wasn’t a manual for my parents to read and it say, ‘Here’s what to do to raise a child star.'”
Difficulties Demi Faced
Lovato, just like some other celebrities who started out as child stars faced many difficulties. Afterwards, they couldn’t cope with their rising fame and personal lives.
She also faced criticisms online, and was often trolled for her physique. Like many famous individuals, Lovato still stands out strong and confident as ever.
She explained to Barrymore that she would react if ever her parents tried to discipline or scold her.
According to the “Skyscraper,” singer, she would reply saying;”I pay the bills.”
“I cringe now when I think about that attitude,” Lovato concluded.
Near Death Experience
Love to escaped an almost fatal incident in 2018, and till date, fans are still amazed at how it all went down.
At the time, reports revealed she was going through a lot ranging from stress to addiction. She was addicted to hard substances and mistakenly overdosed in an hotel room.
Luckily for her, someone found her and quickly called and ambulance which ended up saving the much loved music star.
After regaining full consciousness, she disclosed that she suffered a heart attack and three strokes before she could be revived. After the incident, Lovato checked into a rehabilitation center, to explore a healing process.
Lovato’s fans can’t seem to stop talking about her insightful performance at the “IHeartRadio” awards.
She showed up in a dazzling purple suit which caught the attention of paparazzi on the floor. The outfit was paired with a silver choker, and a pretty short hair to complement the look.
Lovato performed singer Elton John’s hit song “I’m Still Standing,” which made everyone present at the event excited.
Elton John also made an appearance at the event and from the looks of it, he was impressed with the singer’s stage performance.
