52-year-old Jennifer Aniston, aka Rachel Green from the hit sitcom “Friends” has managed to look sensational from then to now, enough for people to ask her about her beauty, fitness, and diet secrets over and over again.
And she does look fabulous for her age, continuing to stun people in various roles, including her latest on Apple TV’s “The Morning Show” with Reese Witherspoon, who incidentally played her younger sister as a guest star on “Friends.”

And when one is upset, there is comfort in food. When Aniston was asked in an interview, about what her comfort food was, she named Mexican food, fried Greek food, and anything with salt as her greatest weakness.
