Scroll for the photo causing concern. Rebel, who has walked fans through her “mindful” eating and no-cost outdoor walks on Instagram Live, shared a selfie ahead of Memorial Day weekend. It showed the Olly partner looking etheral and gorgeous as she snapped herself inside a luxurious living room while showing off her whittled-down figure.
Wearing a mustard-yellow and ripped top with a plunging neckline, the star highlighted her slim waist, also rocking some seriously fluffy and perfect-layered hair.”Happy Fri-yay!” she wrote.
Fans, who have been flocking to the comments section, are now expressing worry. The most-liked reply, shooting to the top, reads: “You are so beautiful hun why are ur eyes look so sad ? hope ur ok xx big hugs ?.
Quick to reply was another fan, writing: “I agree Don’t disappear on us We love your spirit.” Another, writing they agreed, said that Wilson never smiles anymore. Others, however, called Rebel “simply stunning” as they sent love. More photos after the jump.
In December 2020, Rebel opened up on a Live about her weight loss, revealing that she enjoys outdoor walks and limits her calories to about 1,500 per day. She touted “mindful” eating, telling fans: “You feel satisfied and then you stop eating,” adding: “Whereas if I’m eating a whole frickin’ bag of chips I’m just like devouring that and suddenly there’s a ton of calories and game over and yeah, no weight loss that week.”
Rebel also revealed wanting to change her “entire lifestyle.” See her cheerleader video below.
Rebel did admit that her eating can still be emotional. In fact, she’d revealed being upset after taping earlier in the day and had turned to chocolate to help make herself feel better. “The old patterns still come up,” she said. “Maybe not every day. But if I’m worried or anxious or whatever it still comes up for me. It’s not something that’s just going to disappear, it’s just something I have to manage now moving forward.”
