Vanessa Hudgens rose to fame with her role in “High School Musical” in 2006 and has remained in the public eye ever since, not only for her acting chops and single talent, but also for her stunningly fit physique.
With over 40 million Instagram followers, Hudgens is constantly getting asked for her health and fitness tips. And, during one interview, the 32-year-old offered up some helpful tips for getting motivated and excited to exercise.
“I just love getting my blood pumping,” Hudgens said during an interview on “Access Hollywood” in May 2019.
Vanessa Hudgens Believes Fitness Clothing Can Boost A Routine
According to Hudgens, she knows what works for her, which is SoulCycle, Pilates, Yoga, and believes that beginners should allow themselves to explore all different activities and find out what suits them best.
She also thinks men and women should treat themselves to fun clothing.
“It’s so amazing when you put on fitness clothes and you actually feel good before the workout,” she explained. “And then you go into the workout with confidence and an extra boost in your step and you’re looking at yourself in the mirror and you’re like, ‘Oh,I look good, I feel good. Let’s do this workout.’”

“I’m the type of person that needs to be in a class,” Hudgens told PopSugar. “I need someone telling me what to do, and I love being in a group environment because I’m very competitive, so it pushes me to work harder than I would if I was by myself.”

“I love a heated yoga class. I love to sweat,” Hudgens told Parade. “I love having to change my clothes after a workout. I think that there’s no better feeling than when you really sweat during a workout.”
“I normally do a cross of Pilates, SoulCycle, and yoga. And some days when I have the time, I love doing Pilates first and then going over to SoulCycle. I love a double up! I always feel so accomplished when I double up,” she continued.

Continuing on to Parade, Hudgens said she sees an overall improvement on her life because of her workouts.
“I love working out because I go into it feeling however I feel that day and after doing the workout, I feel like I can accomplish whatever I set my mind to,” she shared. “It’s a great confidence boost. And I always feel best in my skin when I’m fit. I feel more powerful, I feel sexier, I feel like I can conquer the world.”
