Savannah Chrisley is shoveling in the creamiest, cheesiest pasta around after making headlines for seemingly kissing the gym goodbye. The 23-year-old “Chrisley Knows Best” star, known for her balanced eating and, more recently, her quarantine baking, didn’t deprive her 2.2 million Instagram followers on the food front last night, posting a mouth-watering penne pasta and shrimp dinner that seemed cooked by her mom. Just this week, Savannah made headlines for a statement “goodbye” gym shot. See the workout snap and pasta dinner below.
Scroll for the photos. Savannah, who fronts South Beach Diet and vows by the weight-loss brand’s 20g/protein shakes, was here showing that it isn’t just protein and gym fuel. The Southern Belle had sent the thumbs-up to carbs, sharing a delicious-looking plate of pasta all smothered in a creamy cheese sauce, also including protein via her seafood. A small piece of garlic bread sat at the edge of the blue plate, one that came with Savannah’s fork shoved in -she also shouted out mom Julie.
On Monday, Savannah had a busy day that included hitting the car wash and the gym. The daughter to 52-year-old Todd Chrisley made headlines for the above photo, one showing a black-floored workout room with a barbell and bench setup, with Savannah taking to caps as she told her followers: “GOODBYE.”
The SASSY by Savannah cosmetics founder, who has been boxing, squatting, and weight-lifting over 2020 and 2021, seemed in no mood to return to the gym, but she was in the mood for humor.
Savannah’s food headlines got busy last year as she split from ex Nic Kerdiles, with mom Julie Chrisley feeding her daughter pizza and Cinnabon to “heal” her heart.
“I’ve struggled with my body confidence,” she told Us Weekly. “Being on TV since I was 15, you have all these people on the outside giving you their opinions on what they think you look like or you need to eat or you don’t need to eat and it truly wears on you.” See the workout below.
Savannah, fresh from celebrating real estate mogul dad Todd’s birthday, also mentioned some advice she’d received from him. “It’s hard, but if you feel good about yourself, then no one else’s opinion matters. My dad’s always told me, ‘it’s none of your business what someone else thinks of you,” she added, continuing: “So that’s how I look at it.”
Savannah’s workouts this year have taken her to celebrity-adored gym chain Dogpound, frequented by the likes of Justin Bieber and wife Hailey. If you missed Savannah’s bikini storm, just scroll.
