Keep Those Compliments To Yourself

Lovato shared that compliments about weight loss can keep them up all night. The actor insisted that people shouldn’t even be concerned with how others choose to look and not everyone enjoys getting unsolicited compliments.
It’s A ‘Trigger’ For Them & Maybe Others
“If you don’t know someone’s history with food, please don’t comment on their body,” they insisted. “Because even if your intention is pure, it might leave that person awake at 2am overthinking that statement.” Lovato has opened eyes with a few of their latest interactions in the media. In April, they called out a local frozen yogurt shop for falling into trends in serving sugar-free options which they also described as triggering. Back in March, Lovato shared a few pictures of “accidental weight-loss”.
Demi Changed Their Lifestyle
“I don’t count calories anymore I don’t over exercise anymore I don’t restrict or purge And I especially I don’t live my life according to the diet culture . . . and I’ve actually lost weight,” they shared on social media. Admitting that weight loss and healthy lifestyle this time around is “different”. Instead of feeling full of “food”, she feels full of “divine wisdom and cosmic guidance Peace Serenity Joy And love.” Sounds like they have come to a place of true acceptance.
So, The Moral…
