Savannah Chrisley was all “see ya later” today with a mysterious, but powerful, workout snap, one that saw the 23-year-old posting from the gym and seemingly done with the sweat life. On Monday, Savannah snuck in a quick Instagram story for her 2.2 million followers, taking a break from promoting her new SASSY by Savannah cosmetics line, but definitely not taking a break from keeping herself in shape. The “Chrisley Knows Best” star needed only one word. Check it out below.

Savannah, who made 2020 headlines for punching away the break-up blues following her split from Nic Kerdiles, has been steadily finding herself in the news for her workouts, ones that have this year taken her to celebrity-adored gym chain Dogpound and seen her delivering powerful squats.
The daughter to 52-year-old Todd Chrisley didn’t even show her face today. Savannah’s photo instead showed what her workout involved, with today seemingly focused on building muscle and solid resistance work.
The photo, an indoor one, showed a massive bench press setup, with barbells supported over a black gym floor. The empty setting merely came with a firm “GOODBYE” from Savannah, who then filmed the inside of her vehicle during a car wash. The gym shot also makes a change from the “lazy” workouts Savannah has been sharing, ones seeing her strap on Body Revolution’s patch-on technology as she flaunts vibrating abs and earns a little influencer cash for the brand. Savannah now sees her name tied to a well-known brand, joining the likes of country singer Jessie James Decker in promoting weight-loss brand South Beach Diet. Savannah vows by the company’s 20g/protein shakes, having last year revealed: “South Beach has given me the confidence to feel good about myself, and within myself. If anyone out there is looking to get healthy and stay healthy, this is your program!”
“It’s also just feeling good about myself and that was the biggest thing. I want to wake up in the morning and feel good,” she added. More photos below.
Confirming that a healthy lifestyle isn’t about the number on the scale, the Southern Belle also shared: “There are a lot of times I let it get in my head,” adding: “That starts to have an impact on how I think about myself. But recently, I’m embracing what I’m seeing. I don’t look at a number, I don’t step on a scale. It’s just about how I feel.”
Also making headlines for throwing out her scales this year has been 40-year-old Jessica Simpson. Scroll for her poolside yoga.
