Demi Rose is teaching her 16.5 million Instagram followers a thing or two about self-care. The 26-year-old model and social media sensation went for an ultra-healthy fruit smoothie for her latest terrace photos, posting from the gorgeous Ibiza, Spain island she calls home and rocking a summery sundress to match the Mediterranean surroundings. Demi, who is an eating disorder survivor and weighed just 80 pounds at her sickest, proved health is wealth, and her snack doesn’t cost a fortune. Check it out below.

Demi, who quit the U.K. in July 2020 and has since made headlines for picking her own lemons on “Ibiza Magic Island,” shared photos from a chic, but chilled-back, cosmopolitan setting, one showing the Pretty Little Thing ambassador at a blue-painted table, slightly shaded as others dined around her, and served up with a mouth-watering and juicy-looking orange smoothie.
Rocking a vintage-feel and embroidered white minidress and matching shades, Demi delivered her Insta-perfect vibe with a gorgeous finish.
Demi, who touts her nearly-vegan lifestyle and has made headlines for her vegan chocolate cake, showed off in the sleeveless number, writing: “Serving you cheeky” as images with a swipe-right then showed her in a field and soaking up the fresh air. Rose, who has also been showing off her poolside yoga stretches as she keeps super-fit, was left over 400,000 likes.

Demi spoke out in 2018, revealing that nuts are her total fave snack, but she did state that her figure can easily pack on the pounds.
“My figure just gains weight so fast. Any bad thing I eat my body isn’t used to it and just puts on the weight. That means no birthday cake,” she said, adding: “All I’ve eaten today is nuts. I’ve managed to eat a whole pot. I feel guilty as there’s a lot of fat in the nuts. That’s my treat. So I’m happy.” More photos below!
While Demi slowed down her jet-setting for much of COVID, she has since resumed her travels, ones taking her to Africa this year. Speaking on keeping up a healthy lifestyle while on the move, the model revealed: “I try to keep as healthy as I can. With traveling, it’s hard to work out, I travel across the world but try to keep my routine… “
