Vanessa Bryant has been doing her best to heal over the last year and a half after losing her husband, Kobe Bryant, and her 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, to a helicopter crash in 2020 in Calabasas, CA. This horrific tragedy ensued as Kobe and Gianna were on their way with seven others to a basketball game that Gianna and her teammates were going to play in at the Mamba Sports Academy. Vanessa recently launched the new “Mambacita” hoodies in honor of Gianna’s birthday this month. She would’ve been 14 and the support has been overwhelming for these hoodies. One celebrity who has been seen wearing this is former First Lady, Michelle Obama. She posted a photo of herself sitting down as she sported the white and purple hoodie which contains the red Mambacita lettering, which has been a very popular item among other celebrities and supporters.

Kobe Bryant Was Inducted Into Basketball Hall Of Fame Last Weekend
Last weekend, it was another emotional one for Vanessa and the Bryant family as Kobe was inducted into the Basketball Hall Of Fame. This ceremony was originally supposed to be held in 2020 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Kobe was in an impressive hall of fame class as it also included Kevin Garnett, Tim Duncan, and Tamika Catchings. Vanessa spoke on stage as she expressed her love for Kobe and was also joined by Kobe’s good friend, the legendary Michael Jordan.
