Olivia Culpo last night trended on Twitter as her Miss Universe hosting was deemed “lackluster” and a total bomb. The 29-year-old Sports Illustrated bombshell, who won the illustrious title back in 2012, slipped into her hosting shoes for the 69th Miss Universe pageant over the weekend, with the Rhode Island native joining Mario Lopez as co-host. Culpo, who had built up to the buzz by posing in a chic jumpsuit and Chanel bag as she packed her suitcases on Instagram, is now getting the thumbs-down. See why below.

The “Model Squad” star, who stunned in a chic and covered-up red dress with open sleeve details, went demure and classy with parted hair, a bold red lip, and gold earrings, but viewers weren’t commenting on the outfit as they mocked the star on social media.

A fan seemingly unimpressed, quickly saw their tweet gain likes, writing: “I love her lack of energy, go girl, give us nothing!” Another, meanwhile, re-posted the straight face as they went reaction style, writing: “Olivia when she lost her driver’s license #missuniverse.”
“Olivia Culpo right now is like attending a zoom meeting,” a third replied. The competition was this year won by Miss Mexico, 26-year-old Andrea Meza. Keep scrolling for more photos after Olivia’s rather unsmilng face.

Just one day prior, Olivia had updated for her Instagram followers, all packed bags, designer energy, and sending out her gorgeous smile as posed by an SUV. “Exciting weekend! Heading to host @MissUniverse and these jumpsuits are officially on presale for a great cause ❤️❤️ Click the link in bio to shop or go to @morethanamask!” she wrote.
