Christina Aguilera is today announcing that the trans community – and the LGBTQ one, overall – has her back. The 40-year-old superstar singer, who made “Beautiful, no matter what they say” a phrase back in 2002, received high praise on Friday as her Instagram update went live. The “Just A Fool” hit-maker, who rocked an underpants and open shirt look in a video post, was backing both TransLash Media and TransTech Social as she revealed a brand new clothing collection. Xtina, who made 2020 headlines for penning a letter of love to her LGBTQ fans, was proving that she’ll support the minorities and she wasn’t afraid to post it for her 7.5 million followers. The Grammy winner, who addressed her “Fighters” shortly after sharing throwback content to her black-haired days, shared a collage of photos, ones going polaroid-style and seeing the blonde amid mannequins.
The outfit was a winner. Aguilera had gone for a white shirt and boyfriend underpants.
The outfit, which showed some skin as Aguilera rocked her shirt open, also came the mom of one going ’80s-style in black Y-Fronts, with “LOVE IS LOVE IS LOVE IS LOVE…” also appearing scrawled across the screen in print.
It isn’t just support, though. It’s a clothing collection. “Fighters gonna be looking fly this pride!! ? I’m so excited to announce my new ????? collection! I am also proud to support @transtechsocial & @translashmedia, two organizations doing such important work for the community,” Xtina wrote. See more photos after the video.
Aguilera, adding that the merch is available at shop.christinaaguilera.com, was met with love and an “Immediately yes” from one follower. Last year, the star made headlines for reaching out to her LGBTQ fans as she wrote: “I have found the most solace and unimaginable strength in my friends who identify as queer,” adding:
“I recognise there are still so many hurdles ahead, but to realise how far we’ve come and that my voice and presence has made an impact thus far is more fulfilling than words can express.”

There’s always one fan complaining. Quick to reply, and seeming to have eyed the merch, was a user writing: “Girl I love you but not 65 bucks for a tank top.”
