Mackenzie McKee is showing her cheerleader skill-set by back-flipping into a pool and making it a life lesson. The 25-year-old “Teen Mom OG” star, who touched fans by mentioning 2019-deceased mom Angie Douthit in her caption, updated her Instagram this week with a motivational post, one seeing her feature son Broncs tumbling into a pool, with Mackenzie then joining him. All muscle in her bubblegum-pink bikini, the Body By Mac founder impressed fans, but the post wasn’t just a show-off. See why below.

Mackenzie offered two, opening with son Broncs in swim trunks and at the edge of a swimming pool – Mackenzie last year ditched her Oklahoma base for a new life in sunny Florida. Broncs, seen in goggles and in slow motion, delivered an impressive back-flip into a pool filled with kids, with anyone swiping to the right then seeing the same move delivered with another boy, plus MTV face Mackenzie in the middle. McKee taggd herself in Lakewood Ranch, FL.
Referencing her own childhood, the blonde wrote: “When I was this age, I begged my mom to put me into tumbling. She said “if you can prove to me you can do a back flip I will” so I fearlessly taught myself one and tumbled my entire life. Broncs just said “hey mom watch this” ???.”
Mackenzie added that this was “me all over again,” continuing: “Now I know my mom spent a lot of years holding her breath.” More photos after the video.
December 2019 marked the tragic loss of former marathon runner Angie Douthit, whose lung cancer diagnosis and sickness was well-documented on “Teen Mom.” Mackenzie continues to honor her mother and actively mention her on Instagram.
“My love goes out to everyone who is grieving the loss of a mother or child tomorrow. #happymothersday I miss you momma. Nothing will ever be the same, but I’m striving to remain strong and make you proud,” she wrote on Mother’s Day. More photos below.
Mackenzie, raising eyebrows this year as she reunites with rocky husband Josh McKee, had fans backing her with the swimming pool post. The star’s 1 million followers also haven’t forgotten mom Angie. “Let that little sunshine shine with his smile so bright with his heart feel with bravery he perfect in God eyes;) your good mom kenzie,” one wrote.
Mackenzie shot to fame on MTV’s “16 & Pregnant” before briefly featuring on “Teen Mom 3.” She is now a regular on “Teen Mom OG.” Scroll for fired cast member Farrah Abraham sunbathing in the tiniest bikini known to man.
