Season 13 of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” recently said its goodbye to fans all over the world as the cast prepares for another exciting run in the 14th season.
Although the last season unraveled many happenings in the lives of the latest additions, Drew Sidora and Ali LaToya, fans are convinced that there should have been more intriguing moments.
Speaking of moments, some online users recalled when Phaedra Parks was still part of the show, and how devastating it was to see her go. Now, there’s a chance the reality star may make her fans’ dreams come true.
Read below for more details.
Phaedra Parks; All You Need To Know
Phaedra Parks was born in Athens, Georgia on October 26, 1973 to Regina Bell and Pastor Henry Parks.
She joined “RHOA” in 2010, when the show premiered for its third season. Another cast member who joined the show with her to replace Lisa Wu Hartwell was Cynthia Bailey.
Fans could tell that Bravo made the best decision ever almost immediately, as Parks delivered on s daily basis. Viewers were not only intrigued by her point of view, they also took special interest in her personal life.
Parks was already married to Apollo Nida before joining the show and the duo had two children until their divorce in 2017.
Why Was She Fired From ‘RHOA?’
No doubt, Parks was no stranger to drama, as she often butted heads with some co-stars, in particular with Porsha Williams, but in 2017, things got out of hand.
Williams accused Parks of purposely spreading lies about Kandi Burruss and her then husband Todd Tucker. The rumor revealed that Burruss and Tucker reportedly tried to have sexual moments with Williams after drugging her.
Although Parks insisted that she only ‘repeated’ what she heard, she was found culpable and apologized for her words. Later on, a report from TMZ confirmed that Bravo made the decision to fire the reality star.
Life After ‘RHOA’
Leaving “RHOA” was not by choice, but the reality star put her focus on other job opportunities that have panned out over the years.
She was cast in reality series like “Braxton Family Values” and “Marriage Boot Camp: Hip Hop Edition.” In the Boot Camp, Parks was accompanied by her boyfriend, Medina Islam, who wanted to resolve their relationship problems.
Fans were also stunned on the show after Parks revealed that she never engaged in any sexual activities since they started dating. Moments like this had fans wishing she would finally make a comeback on “RHOA.”
Will She Be Back?
Ever since she left the show, fans have wondered when the star would be back, as a lot of the cast have come back from worse situations.
Although NeNe Leakes has openly made it known to the world that she’s not interested in returning to the show, Parks has remained quiet on the subject.
During a recent sit-down with Andy Cohen on “WWHL,” Parks was asked if she would ever consider returning to the show. Her response was vague, but there’s a slight chance she wants to.
The show is set to resume for season 14, and fans are looking forward to it.
