Ryan Seacrest All Juice With Baby Yoda Surprise

By Rebecca Cukier

Ryan Seacrest is fueling up with ginger and lemon juice and dropping major Baby Yoda action. The 46-year-old "American Idol" host dedicated his Tuesday Instagram update to a very well-known popular culture face, posting in honor of Star Wars Day and showing a little love for Baby Yoda. Updating for his 5.1 million followers, the "Live! With Kelly and Ryan" face shared his healthy lifestyle and his movie fandom, with a photo showing how he kicks off the day, complete with an adorable soft toy addition. Check it out below.

All About That Juice

Scroll for the photo. It comes as Ryan settles back into co-hosting five days a week with 50-year-old blonde Kelly Ripa - if you missed it, April caused a giant hoopla as Kelly took time "off," with Ryan getting no less than three guest co-hosts in one week.

Today's photo opted out of showing Seacrest himself, instead featuring a super-soft and stuffed Baby Yoda toy sat all comfy at a table spread with two plastic bottles of juice, Sharpie pens, and post-it notes.

See The Hilarious Snap!

Baby Yoda, all plumped up by a nice back cushion and seemingly quite at home with the work setup, came shouted out as the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" producer wrote: "Nothing awakens the force like ginger and lemon juice in the morning. Happy Star Wars Day! #MayThe4thBeWithYou."

"Beautiful spread," a fan quickly wrote, although others were eying up the juice. "Hi Ryan.......Could you please post or talk about the recipe for your lemon and ginger juice," one follower asked. See more photos after the shot!

Baby Yoda Had A 'Rough Night'

Fans also seemed to think the ultra-healthy getup might be a god hangover cure, seemingly, for an animated character who appeared a little worse for wear. One user replied: "Ha.. looks like baby Yoda had a rough night last night. 🤪😂😂"

Star Wars Day, each year celebrated on May 4, honors George Lucas' media franchise. Popular Baby Yoda, from series "The Mandalorian," continues to make 2021 celebrity headlines, even seeing "Modern Family" actress Ariel Winter going unzipped in her Baby Yoda onesie this year. More after her snap.

Ryan Seacrest: 'Conveniently Vegan'

Ryan, who has admitted to a bit of a caffeine addiction, is, however, super into his health, but not without his sense of humor. Speaking to People, the man who welcomes U.S. talk show viewers each day revealed: "I actually intermittent fast, so I don't eat breakfast right now," adding: "I start my day with tea first and then I have coffee, and then my first meal is lunch, which I find actually helps with my energy level."

"I'm like con-vegan, I call it conveniently vegan," he added. If you missed Ryan's leggy "Live!" guest co-host last month, just scroll.
