Tiger Woods is still recovering from the massive car accident that almost took his life — but, the PGA star just shared a picture of himself in a cast that has his fans hopeful for a possible return to golf.
The legendary golfer took to Instagram to share an updated photo, where it is clear he is still recovering from the brutal car accident. In the picture, Tiger is standing on a golf course and is sporting a boot-style black cast on his right foot — and the other one looks fully healed up!
Take A Look!
“My course is coming along faster than I am ?,” Woods wrote alongside the photo of himself smiling on crutches. In the snap, Tiger is standing next to his dog, and included this “But it’s nice to have a faithful rehab partner, man’s best friend.”
This is the first photo Woods has shared of himself since the February accident that left both of his legs brutally injured — and questionable for a return to the sport.

As we reported, the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department determined Tiger Woods was speeding in the moments before impact — and didn’t brake at all before slamming into the curb and flying off the road. The golfer was reportedly going 87 mph, which is close to double the limit in the area, right before the accident.
At the time, Woods was knocked unconscious and apparently suffered a shattered ankle, two broken bones, including one that was sticking out of the skin.

Tiger Woods isn’t facing any criminal charges connected to the accident, although a search warrant was never conducted to retrieve the blood samples from the golfer during the accident.
The first responding officer said there was no reason to believe the golfer was intoxicated or impaired — so it was never considered. But, interestingly, a police report later showed that Tiger was “combative” with officers after the accident and he believes he was in his home state of Florida.
The good news, it appears Tiger is recovering well, and fans are hoping he can get back on the course!
