Meek Mill has been one of the hottest rappers in the game as this has been the case for over a decade now.  He initially signed to T.I.'s Grand Hustle record label in 2008 but that ended fairly quickly due to T.I.'s incarceration. That's when Rick Ross stepped in a few years later and brought Meek to Maybach Music Group. The artist development from that point was phenomenal as he blew up in 2011 with his hit single, "Ima Boss." That soon received a remix featuring T.I., Ross, Birdman Lil Wayne, DJ Khaled and Swizz Beatz.

He's also made plenty of money in his career as he's also emphasized the importance of owning properties. According toIBTimes, his net worth is said to be $20 million.  Back in 2018, Forbesreported then as well that he earned $15 million as that came after spending a year in prison after supposedly violating his probation rules for riding a motorcycle.

Meek Recently Bought His Grandmother A New Home

This week, Meek also took to his Instagram feed to reveal that he purchased his grandmother a new home in Philadelphia. This comes after her last one was vandalized back in 2018 with racist remarks. 

"A white man sprayed a racial remarks on my Grandmom’s house last night in south philly referencing white Privileged….," said Meek in a tweet from 2018. The crazy part is this was a all black neighborhood 20 years ago It was gentrified and now this! Just don’t let us catch you coward!"
