“Shark Tank” star Barbara Corcoran may already be a mogul in the world of real estate and investing, but now she’s getting in on the TikTok craze and admits there is a definite strategy behind the social media madness.
Talking to comedian Adam Glyn in NYC and standing in front of a phone booth baring her own face, Corcoran was radiating positivity and vibrance while wearing a dashing pink business suit.
The “Shark Tank” star recently joined the ranks on TikTok where she posts funny videos about running her various business ventures and hectic work schedules.
“I love it because I don’t have to wear makeup,” Corcoran said about posting the online videos to her 392,000 followers.
She added that growing a loyal fanbase and engaging with users has a real strategy behind it:
“It’s about being genuine, the more I act myself, people like it.”
Along with her famous job on “Shark Tank,” Barbara Corcoran is really known for making her a lot of money in the real estate market. Talking about the current state of housing, and how aggressive it is for buyers, Corcoran did not hold back when giving advice to those looking for a home.
“Find a rich relative and see if you can overbid the next guy, its a bidding war.”
She added that markups of 15% may feel like a rip-off, but are going to be seen as a steal as the market continues to grow more aggressive.
Corcoran also had an outlook for the future of the housing market … and it involves Millenials.
