Britney’s Spears‘ personal trainer boyfriend Sam Asghari is getting complimented on his massive “bulge” as Instagram picks up on his latest shirtless photos. The 27-year-old Iranian personal trainer, who has been dating “Toxic” singer Britney since 2016, was all ripped muscles and manliness on Friday, with the comments very much seeming to pick up on the latter. Posting just one day after he high-fived Britney after her COVID vaccine, Sam was back in the gym, and it was very eye-popping stuff. Check it out below.
Scroll for the photos. They come as Sam makes headlines for asking girlfriend Britney how her COVID vaccine went – the princess of pop got her vaccine on Thursday, near-breaking the internet with a video (seen below) of herself after it.
Wearing only skimpy gray shorts as he flaunted rippling, head-to-toe muscles today, Sam updated amid heavy weights and indoors, looking fierce with his body-builder physique as he listed a self-care routine that’s been working for him. Sam was then seen weight training.
The double post came with Asghari dishing advice and telling fans:
“Take the first couple of hours upon waking up to take good care of yourself ??,” adding:
“1. Make your bed ?
2. Drink 1-2 glass of water ?
3. Exercise ??
4. Take a Cold shower ?
5. Read 5-10 pages ?
6. Manifest and meditate ?♂️
7. Write down what you’re greatfull for
8. Don’t check your ?until ☑️.”
The advice may be coming welcome, but so are the photos, with Asghari now getting remarks on one particular thing.
Replies have been racking up. “Britney really won, huh??” a fan wrote, with a comment gaining likes reading: “Britney is one lucky girl.” The latter was echoed by more than one follower, with one adding:
“Sam confirming he has a very large ?. Britney’s a lucky gal, to have such a motivated guy. I really hope that you and Brit Brit motivate each other daily to be your best selfs and have a lot of fun doing so. You guys seem like your goofy together which is the best way to be!”

While Spears makes headlines for saying she was left “embarrassed” by documentary “Framing Britney Spears,” Sam has been backing the blonde amid her 2008-commenced conservatorship.
“I have always wanted nothing but the best for my better half, and will continue to support her following her dreams and creating the future she wants and deserves,” he told People, adding:
“I am thankful for all of the love and support she is receiving from her fans all over the world, and I am looking forward to a normal, amazing future together.”
