John Travolta is one proud papa!
The iconic actor shared a special tribute to his beautiful daughter, Ella Travolta, on her 21st birthday. Travolta penned a sweet message alongside a rare photo of Ella on Sunday, March 5. The 67-year-old actor posted a picture of his daughter, who has just been cast in “Get Lost,” wearing a denim jacket and a happy smile.
“Happy 21st birthday to the most beautiful, kind, human being and artist I know,” John wrote. “Your dad adores you! ❤️”
John shares Ella with the late, great Kelly Preston, who passed away in July 2020 after a long battle with cancer. They also share a 10-year-old son Benjamin, and Jett, who died in 2009.
Ella shared a video to her social media thanking her fans more making her day special. “Thank you all so much for the kind birthday wishes. Sending you all love and I hope you had a happy Easter weekend.?❤️” she wrote alongside her sweet video.
John was just returning the favor because Ella shared a touching tribute for her dad on his 67th birthday in February. “Happy Birthday to the most incredible man I have ever known,” she wrote at the time. “You are not only the best Dad ever, but you are also my best friend.”
“Thank you for raising us, helping us and loving us and thank you for all of the good you do every day,” Ella continued. “The world is so lucky to have you and so are we. I love you Daddy. I had the best time celebrating your birthday with you yesterday. ❤️❤️❤️.”
As we previously mentioned, Ella just landed a role in “Get Lost,” a reimagined tale of “Alice In Wonderland” for young adults. She will play Alicia/Alice in the film that will be directed by Daniela Amavia.
“I am very pleased to announce this opportunity that has come to me and I am looking forward to working with Daniela Amavia and Michael Mendelsohn on this exciting new project! ❤️” she wrote in March, after news of the project spread.
Both John and Ella are coming off their Scott’s Super Bowl commercial’s tremendous success, where they danced together. “Some dads know how to dance, and some dads are @johntravolta,” she joked about the commercial on social media. The public was thrilled to see the cute father/daughter moment, and she landed the big acting gig shortly after.
