‘Invasion Of Privacy’ Has Been On Billboard 200 Chart For Three Full Years
According to Chart Data, “Invasion Of Privacy” has spent three full years on the Billboard 200. This becomes the first album by a female rapper to reach this mark. Back in February, Cardi also became the first female rapper to hit 150 weeks on the chart. At the time of Invasion Of Privacy’s release, it debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. This is as it is about to reach the three-year anniversary of its release, which many will celebrate.
‘Invasion Of Privacy’ Featured Some Of 2018’s Biggest Hits
“Invasion Of Privacy” pumped out a lot of hit records. It included her 2017 breakout hit single, “Bodak Yellow,” “I Like It” featuring J Balvin and Bad Bunny, and “Ring” feat. Kehlani. Other fan-favorite singles were “Bartier Carti” feat. 21 Savage and “Be Careful.” The album currently stands at 3x platinum status in the United States as well. It is also the most streamed female rap album in Spotify history as of May 2020 as at the time, it accumulated over 3 billion streams.
Cardi’s ‘Breakout 2017 ‘Bodak Yellow’ Single Recently Reached Diamond Certification
Last month, Cardi’s “Bodak Yellow” also made history by becoming the first female rap song to be certified diamond by the RIAA in the United States. This is after selling 10 million units. The music video for this single is also almost at 1 billion views. Cardi then took to social media to thank fans for all of the love since 2017.

Cardi Scored Another No. 1 Single Last Month With ‘Up’
In early February, Cardi returned with her first single of 2021 and her first solo single since 2019 with “Up.” This went on to debut at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Over a month later, it finally hit No. 1 on that chart. This became Cardi’s fifth No. 1 song on the Hot 100 as she became the first female rapper to do this. Again, she was very grateful for this accomplishment.
