Miley Cyrus Runs On The Treadmill In Socks After Revealing Pre-Concert Fitness Routine

By Jeff Mazzeo

Miley Cyrus knows how to rock out with her socks out... all because she has plenty of practice!

The "Plastic Hearts" artist said she was "back on her bulls--t" as she showed fans that she's back to her vigorous exercise routine. Miley hit the gym in a red cutoff t-shirt that read, "True Punk," matching red pants, and a pair of white striped socks on Friday, March 2. We must admit, not wearing shoes in the gym is a very punk move! The singer previously revealed that the treadmill is actually an integral part of her training... it takes a lot of work to rock that hard and hit those notes!

She's A Runner, She's A Track Star

Cyrus managed to rock out and play air guitar, all while keeping up with the ever-moving running machine.

"Don’t GET ready. STAY ready! 🤘🏻💋☠️🎸♠️🃏🚀🏍👹 #ShoesOptional #StyleMandatory," she captioned the athletic clip.

At one point, Miley had her camera person zoom in on her "sockies" and balanced on the machine. "Icon," one impressed fan wrote, while another said, "Get it girl."

For the record, we strongly recommend that you always wear shoes in the gym, especially on the treadmill.

Singing On The Treadmill Ahead Of Super Bowl Performance

Cyrus always trains extremely hard before her concerts and revealed that she actually sings while running to keep her cardio up. In February, she shared footage of herself prepping for her huge TikTok Tailgate concert that took place right before the Super Bowl in Tampa, Florida. "#SBLV PREP ☠️," she wrote at the time. "ANGELS LIKE YOU CAN’T FLY WITH REBEL GIRLS LIKE ME. 😈👼"

She belted out "Rebel Girl" by Bikini Kill, "Angels Like You,” and treated fans with a little bit of "We Can't Stop" at the end of her vigours exercise video.

Giving The Smilers Stocks

Miley knows how to make money, and she wants all her Smilers to make some as well. The star recently handed out stocks to lucky fans. "Nothing is more important than investing in yourself," the singer wrote on Instagram. "I want to spread ownership to as many people as I can, so I’m teaming up with @CashApp to give out $1 MILLION in stocks."

Some fans tweeted their glee when they received stocks like AirBnB, Apple, Tesla, and others.
