Larsa Pippen's boyfriend is engulfed in a nasty divorce, so bad, that he is reportedly challenging the paternity of his own son.

According to multiple reports, Malik Beasley is batting with his ex-wife Montana Yao in a Minnesota court over spousal and child support.

On Monday, March 29, it was made public that Beasley filed a motion to "prove the paternity" of the ex-couple's 2-year-old son, Makai. It's unclear why he is making the request at this point, but it points in the direction of a nasty divorce and custody battle.

Larsa Pippen's BF "Contests" The Paternity Of His Son

According to the latest filing, Beasley "now contests paternity" and has already taken a paternity test to figure out if he is in fact the biological father.

As you know, the only reason to do this is to indicate you do not believe your partner was faithful during the time period. But, it is also common in a case where a person is about to begin paying child support.

“[The] results of those tests are unknown as of the date of this Order,” the document reads according to USWeekly.

NBA Star And His Ex-Wife's Divorce Is Getting Nasty

The NBA star's attorney told the outlet the paternity test was "taken last week" and says “Given the facts and circumstances surrounding these parties’ relationship and lifestyle it would have been negligent not to have one performed."

Adding, "If he is deemed the biological father, he will comply with the order or the court. The Order was contingent upon paternity being established.”

Of course, his ex-wife had something to say about the situation, saying, “It’s comical for her that he has requested a paternity test because this entire time on social media he has claimed Makai to be his son and he knows it’s his son.”

The couple is also fighting over spousal and child support in this case, after she requested spousal support in the amount of $5,000 a month back in December.

At the time, she was granted $6,500 a month in child support after asking for $8,000. “Wife’s request for temporary child support is granted conditioned on Husband becoming adjudicated the child’s father,” the filing read -- confirming the current paternity issue.

It continued, “Upon the fulfillment of that condition, Husband shall pay Wife $6500/mo. in temporary child support.”

As for Larsa, she commented on the couple's relationship status last month, saying Beasley's marriage issues wasn't a "secret" and it was already over before she started dating him.
