On the heels of the release of the dramatic trailer for the upcoming 13th season of her former series, “The Real Housewives of New York City,” Frankel admitted that she’s thrilled with her exciting news.
“You must be so happy,” Lahmers told Frankel after she was spotted sporting a massive diamond ring last week in Florida.
“Thank you. I’m very excited, and it’s really wonderful,” Frankel replied.
Bethenny Frankel Doesn’t Yet Know Where She’ll Wed
While Frankel has long been a resident of the Big Apple, she admitted that she hadn’t yet decided if she and Bernon will tie the knot there.
“I’m not sure,” she said. “I’m not sure. I mean, I love New York. I’m not sure.”
Frankel then reacted to the latest season of “The Real Housewives of New York City,” which premieres in May.
“I’m sure it’s great and I’m sure it’s gonna be a thrill a minute,” she said.
Frankel left the show in August 2019 after eight seasons.

Although Frankel wishes her former cast mates well, she told “Extra TV” that she is not considering returning to the show for a future season.
“I don’t really believe in going backwards. I don’t want to go back on ‘Housewives.’ It’s not where I am right now,” she explained. “I respect that I came from there… I’m moving forward. I’m launching my own show on HBO MAX, ‘The Big Shot with Bethenny,’ and my podcast ‘B with Bethenny’ has a big announcement coming this week.”
Bethenny Frankel Is Hard At Work On BStrong
“Leaving the show was something that I just, in my gut, I thought I should do. I was looking several steps forward,” she continued.
In addition to her work in television, Frankel has also been quite active with her charity, the BStrong disaster relief initiative.
“I never imagined it would be $100 million in aid and PPE and cash cards, every form of aid… I never thought we would be so involved. I love that it is so transparent… We just put a million dollars in Texas. We’re doing relief in Alabama right now,” Frankel said.
Bethenny Frankel Has A New Partnership
Also during the interview, Frankel revealed she’s partnered with Scotch Brand and their Ship It Forward small business grant.
“They’re helping small businesses. You can nominate a small business for financial assistance, support, and shipping supplies. I like what they’re doing and they’re continuing to pay/ship it forward,” she shared.
“The Real Housewives of New York City” season 13, which includes two new wives, full-time cast member Eboni K. Williams and part-time cast member Bershan Shaw, premieres on Bravo on May 4 at 9/8c.
