Megan Thee Stallion has been doing a phenomenal job lately of giving back in partnership with Fashion Nova. Back on March 8, she revealed that she and the popular clothing brand would be giving out $1 million all month long to women. This was announced on International Women’s Day and also in celebration of Women’s History Month.
“I’m excited to collaborate with Fashion Nova Cares on the Women on Top initiative and be part of giving $1 million to support women led businesses and organizations,” said Megan in a statement. “These donations are life changing and will help women of all ages get one step closer to making their dreams a reality.”
Megan Recently Gave $50,000 To Asian Americans Advancing Justice In Atlanta
Earlier this month, a white man shot and killed nine Asian workers at three separate spas in Atlanta. This was three of the many hate crimes that Asians are sadly currently experiencing in America. Since then, many have used their platforms to spread the message of “Stop Asian Hate.” For Megan and Fashion Nova, they will be donating $50,000 to Advancing Justice Atlanta in support of the Asian community there.
“I am heartbroken by the loss of eight individuals taken from their families on March 16 in a senseless, violent attack against Asian Americans. To honor the memory of these victims, @FashionNova and I have partnered with the journalist and Asian activist @mayleeshow on a $50,000 donation to @advancing_justice_atl who work tirelessly to protect the civil and human rights of Asian Americans in Georgia and the Southeast.”
Megan And Fashion Nova Also Donated To Breonna Taylor Foundation
March 13 marked the one-year anniversary of Breonna Taylor’s death in Louisville, KY last year at the hands of police. A year later, Megan and Fashion Nova stepped up by donating $100,000 to the Breonna Taylor Foundation. This was started by Taylor’s mother, Tamika Palmer.
“A year ago today, Breonna Taylor was tragically taken from her family and friends. Breonna’s name continue’s to be a catalyst for change and a powerful reminder that justice has still not been served. Fashion Nova and I are proud to give $100,000 to the @breonnataylorfoundation created by @tamikalpalmer to honor the memory of her daughter.”

Megan Scored Three Grammy Wins This Month
Megan also has a lot of momentum riding right now in her music career. Earlier this month at the 63rd annual GRAMMYS in Los Angeles, she took home three out of the four awards she was nominated for. They were for Best New Artist, Best Rap Song, and Best Rap Performance. The song that won for Megan was “Savage” remix featuring fellow Houston legend, Beyoncè. Megan was close to winning Best Record at the end of the night for the sweep but it went to Billie Eilish’s “Everything I Wanted.”
