Travis Barker is clearly no stranger to tattoos, but fans are convinced his latest is the most special!
The Blink-182 drummer shared a video of himself doing a self-tattoo on his thigh on Thursday, March 25. Barker inked “You’re So Cool!” in big lowercase letters, and it appears that he has a very heavy hand. Travis didn’t offer up an explanation about the meaning of the tattoo, but fans are convinced that it has something to do with his new girlfriend, Kourtney Kardashian.
Travis captioned his tattoo video with the same words. “Youre so cool!” Kourtney quickly echoed his quote in the comments section. “You’re so cool!” The quote is a line from the 1993 movie “True Romance,” written by Quentin Tarantino and directed by Tony Scott. He confirmed the origin of the words with a second post and a second quote, but it was too long to get tattooed on his leg. “I like you, Clarence. Always have. Always will.”
Fans were quick to remember that Kourtney has expressed her fondness for the film in the past. She shared a few screenshots of the big kiss scene to her Instagram feed in January. Travis commented, “You’re so cool!” at the time.
Fans also speculated that the handwriting matches Kourtney’s. Travis included a picture of the tattoo inspiration (in the post below) when showing off the new ink. “Kourtneys handwriting,” one fan commented, while another said, “Did Kourt write that on you!”Some of her followers were convinced that it was her penmanship after they compared the sweet note she wrote him on for Valentine’s Day. The note was a poem that read, “Roses are red, violets are blue, garlic bread Blink-182.”
