Andy Cohen didn't know it back then, but 15 years ago, he changed pop culture forever!

The Bravo executive shared a fascinating photo on Sunday, March 21, to mark the original premiere of "Real Housewives of Orange County" 15 years ago. A much younger-looking Cohen posed in his Rockefeller Center, New York office's windowsill as he gazed out into the city with his laptop in hand. Andy said this photo was taken a week after the first of many premieres and noted that he had no idea what was in store.

"#RHOC premiered 15 years ago today. When I posed for this picture a week later, I had no idea the series would change the course of pop culture - and my life - forever," Cohen wrote alongside his throwback pic.

"Thanks to each and every Real Housewife, and the incredible production teams from Evolution, Shed Media, Truly Original, Sirens, GoodBye Pictures, & Purveyors of Pop for keeping the series humming! (SIDENOTE: I’m not saying the Housewives turned my hair entirely Grey, but they did)," he concluded.

The wealthy producer certainly knows drama that is great for tv, and he hasn't stopped working since that first Housewives premiere many years ago. Cohen recently appeared on the "B---h Sesh: A Real Housewives Breakdown" and confirmed that "RHOBH" star Erika Jayne will divulge all the goods about her divorce from 81-year-old Tom Girardi on the next season. "We started shooting Beverly Hills and everything was Kumbaya. This all happened as we were shooting, so - and she continued shooting, and so you see a lot unfolding," Cohen revealed. The franchise is in good hands... that man knows how to stir the pot!
