Willow Smith filed a restraining order against an alleged stalker who showed up at the star's home to 'confront' her -- and is a registered sex offender, who is in violation of his parole.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Will Smith's daughter filed the restraining order in Los Angeles County Courts -- asking a judge to order the person to stay away. Willow says the man is harassing her on social media, and even sends inappropriate videos and photographs which appear to be "underage children."

Recently, the situation got much worse, after the person showed up at her home unannounced and attempted to gain access to her property.

In the documents, Willow's legal team included a photo of the person after arriving on the family's property. Plus, a mugshot from the Megan's Law website.

"I had to secure the services of a private investigator. The (man in this matter started harassing me by posting social media posts that suggest that he wants to marry and have children with me," Willow said.

Adding, "Recently, he took things even further. On December 24, 2020, (He) showed up at my residence uninvited, claimed over the fender, and appear to look for a point of entry. Security agents monitoring my residence called law enforcement who immediately responded. Although (He) was not apprehended, law enforcement located a Greyhound bus receipt which identified him by name and indicated he had traveled to Los Angeles from Oklahoma just one day earlier."

"Given the fact that (he) has continued to post photos and videos and has shown up to confront me, it became apparent that he was stalking me. His behavior has placed me in fear for myself and my family and caused me to suffer substantial emotional distress," she continued.

Adding, the person is "a convicted sex offender in violation of his parole."

In the filing, Willow included information claiming, "his statements to me have included posting inappropriate videos and photographs with what appears to be underage children."

Willow's private investigator filed a statement with the court, saying, "I consider the totality of his past criminal history, the fact that he is a convicted Child Molester, his disregard for Court and State imposed sanctions, his ability to travel, his delusional intentions posted on social media, illustrate that the (his) actions pose a serious physical threat to the well-being of the protected party."

Adding, "In addition, (he) is currently being sought by law enforcement related to several investigations, one of which relates to the stalking of the protected party."

Since the filing, a judge has issued a restraining order barring the person from coming within 100 yards from Willow and her home. A hearing on the permanent restraining order is set for March 23, 2021.
