The 39-year-old pop princess, currently front-page news for having been photographed in public for the first time since The New York Times released its “Framing Britney Spears” documentary, has been busy on her social media – not talking about the docu-drama or her legal battles with 68-year-old father Jamie Spears. The video, showing a home setting fans are familiar with, brought the “Toxic” singer all body and dancing to both lyrical beats and industrial band Nine Inch Nails’ “Closer” track. Britney was spinning around, waving up her arms, and 100% in it for the music, also showing off her killer body.
All tiny white peasant crop top and even tinier striped pajama shorts in purple pastels, the Grammy winner whipped that ponytail around as she showcased her best moves and rock-hard abs, with the dancing switching styles alongside the music.
Now viewed over 1.8 million times, the video came only with a red rose for a caption. Fans, however, have plenty of thoughts, these coming as Britney files a fresh bid to remove dad Jamie as her conservator in her 2008-commenced conservatorship. See the reactions after the video.
Topping comments is a reply referencing rumors that Spears may spill all the tea to TV host mogul Oprah Winfrey. “Ready for the Oprah interview,” the fan wrote, with a comment gaining over 2,000 likes reading: “Queen of sending mixed signals” – this, possibly referring to the very black-and-white styles of dancing.
