“Alaskan Bush People” star Bear Brown is getting real with fans about how tough things have been since the tragic passing of his father, Billy Brown, but the reality star is also revealing that his source of strength has been his fiancée and son, who he has relied on to help get him through the difficult time in his life. The extreme “ABP” star took to Instagram Monday morning with a heartwarming message that made it clear who Bear wants to spend his time with these days.
Showcasing a photo of himself with his son, River, and fiancee Raiven Adams, Bear Brown wrote:
“I love these two SO much, I don’t know what I’d do without them!!! It’s helped me a lot to have Raiven by my side in this [difficult] time! And Rivers priceless smiles always melts my heart! Much love!”
The “Alaskan Bush People” star’s message comes days after celebrating the 1st birthday of baby River, which included lots of balloons and a face full of blue frosting.
“River is officially one year old! I’ve also taken to calling him Little Billy, in honor of Da, I know without a doubt, my Dad would be proud of me! I will try my hardest to be as good as a dad as he was!”
The family revealed Billy died after suffering a seizure related to his ongoing medical issues.
Bear and the rest of the Brown family have a long road ahead of them as they begin to rebuild their lives and home. As we reported, much of their family homestead was burnt to the ground last year during a devastating wildfire. Along with the death of Billy, there will be many changes in the “Alaskan Bush People” family that will surely be showcased on upcoming episodes of the Discovery series.
As for Bear and Raiven, they have upcoming nuptials to look forward to after recently announcing their intention to get married. That will no doubt be a big storyline leading up to the extreme wedding.
