According to reports, The Duke of Cambridge was asked by a reporter on Thursday about allegations that members of the family questioned how dark the skin would be of Meghan and Harry’s child.
As we reported, during the sit-down interview Meghan claimed there were “concerns and conversations about how dark (Archies) skin might be when he’s born.” — She claims it was voiced by a member of the royal family.

The reporter doubled down, asking if Prince William had spoken to his brother since the interview — which he said he had not.
“No, I haven’t spoken to him yet, but I will do,” William said.
As we reported, Meghan and Harry have refused to name the specific person who mentioned the baby’s skin color — only to say it was NOT the Queen.

Queen Elizabeth issued a statement through Buckingham Palace earlier this week, addressing the racism allegations and responding to the shocking interview.
“The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan,” it said.
Adding, “The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately. Harry, Meghan, and Archie will always be much-loved family members.”
Unfortunately, Harry confirmed he is estranged from his brother during the interview with Oprah, although he hopes to mend the relationship.
“The relationship is space. Time heals all things, hopefully,” Harry said.
He continued, “I love William to bits. He’s my brother. We’ve been through hell together. But we are on different paths.”
As for William’s wife, Kate Middleton, Meghan described an incident where she made Harry’s wife cry during preparations for their big wedding, saying, “And I don’t say that to be disparaging to anyone, because it was a really hard week of the wedding, and she was upset about something. But she owned it, and she apologized and she brought me flowers and a note apologizing.”
