Las Vegas is slowly getting back into the swing of things, and as the stars head back to Sin City they are making a beeline for the newest property in town, Circa Las Vegas. The first brand new casino to be erected downtown in over 40 years, Circa is also the first adults-only resort in Vegas while attempting to restore some of the classic glitz and glamour the town used to embody. It has also been host to some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment, including Raiders head coach, Jon Gruden and former UFC champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov.
We are told Gruden and his wife visited Circa Las Vegas, located on Fremont Street, over the weekend and dined at the resort’s steakhouse, Barry’s Downtown Prime.
We’re told Coach indulged in a delightful three-course meal and several desserts – including baked Alaska with an exquisite tableside fire presentation.
After the meal, Gruden went into the kitchen where he met Chef Barry Dakake, and co-owners, Yassine Lyoubi, Marco Cicione, and Donnie Rihn.
Gruden also went on a tour of the property where he met up with casino owner, Derek Stevens, at the property’s impressive Stadium Swim amphitheater.
Later that very evening, former UFC Lightweight Champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov, was spotted having his first dining experience at Barry’s Downtown Prime as well.
We are told “The Eagle” hung out with co-owners Yassine Lyoubi and Marco Cicione (and got an IG-worthy photo op). The rest of the team of fighters posed with famous MMA manager Ali Abdelaziz after dinner
