UFC star Cody Garbrandt claims that he and his son, Kai Fisher Garbrandt, were kicked off a Southwest flight because the 2-year-old wouldn't wear a facemask.

The former UFC bantamweight champion shared a video to social media of himself trying to confront the flight attendant that allegedly kicked them off the plane on Thursday, March 4. The video allegedly shows the attendant trying to hide from Cody's camera when the fighter was trying to confront him. Mask restrictions have been a hot-button issue recently, with some states like Texas and Mississipi doing away with requirements. Cody's fans filled the comments section of his post with mixed emotions. "I mean.... it’s not his fault he is just doing his job enforcing the rules," one follower commented. Other followers applauded him for taking a stand. "What f---ing world are we living in where this is OK. Good for you for standing up," Roger Mathews, Frankie Edgar's podcast co-host, said.
