Margaret Josephs appeared on the February 17 episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” where she addressed the messy encounter Teresa Giudice had with Jackie Goldschneider during the premiere episode of the 11th season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
After watching the drama play out at her home during filming, Josephs looked back on the tense moment during her chat with host Andy Cohen, admitting that while Giudice was wrong to spread a false rumor about Evan Goldschneider cheating at his birthday party, Jackie’s analogy about Gia Giudice using drugs crossed a line.
Margaret Josephs Believes Kids Should Be Off-Limits
“Listen, I don’t think you should bring kids into any argument, especially on [‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’]. If anybody brought up my children, I would be upset,” Josephs shared.
That said, she believes that Goldschneider was simply trying to explain her pain over the rumors about Evan in a way Giudice could understand.
“Jackie’s explanation is Teresa has no one she’s that in love with or attached to at that time. So she couldn’t bring in Joe Giudice or give a current analogy with someone she cares for so much,” Josephs stated.
Margaret Josephs Wants Siggy Flicker Out Of New Jersey
“I don’t think it was the best move, obviously, and I don’t agree with bringing in kids but Jackie felt like, how could she show her anybody she cares for so much and how painful it is,” Josephs continued.
Josephs then addressed the potential interaction she’s had with former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Siggy Flicker, saying that she is not in touch with Flicker and slamming her as a “stain on New Jersey.”
“If she doesn’t move already! No, thank God. Please. Thank God [she left the show],” Josephs said.
Margaret Josephs Calls Dorinda Medley A Friend
After another question was asked of Josephs in regard to which “Real Housewives” star outside of New Jersey she is closest to, she named Dorinda Medley, who was featured on “The Real Housewives of New York City” cast until the end of season 12 last summer.
“It was really Dorinda. I would say Dorinda and Sonja. It’s right over the bridge. It’s so easy to be with them. I think I could go on [‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’], truthfully,” she shared.
Margaret Jospehs Was An Occasional Viewer Of ‘RHONJ’ Before Joining The Show
When asked if she was a fan of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” but a viewer, Josephs admitted to being an avid fan for the first two seasons of the show before dipping in and out during the seasons that followed.
She also spoke of Caroline Manzo, saying that while she’s “never met her,” she believes they’d “actually get along.”
