The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star filed the legal documents in a Los Angeles County Court on Friday, officially starting the process of ending her marriage from the rap star.
According to the documents, Kim is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's four children. As we reported, the couple is currently co-parenting their kids and will continue sharing custody for the future.
Interestingly, the legal filing doesn't list a date of separation, with many believing the couple's relationship was over much earlier than has been reported.
