For the umpteenth time, the police are back at Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's house!
The police reportedly showed up at the estranged couple's residence to help them resolve a parking dispute involving Biermann's car and his ex-wife's moving truck as they draw closer to finalizing their divorce.
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have recorded regular visits from law enforcement in their residence since they filed their divorce petitions back in May 2023.
Kim Zolciak And Kroy Biermann Invited The Cops To Their Georgia Home Amid Final Moves
The estranged couple reportedly fought when the Bravo star attempted to move some of her last items out of their shared Georgia home Sunday morning.
Biermann then parked his car in front of the moving truck, blocking it from leaving the premises as he thought his estranged wife was leaving with some items that did not belong to her.
TMZ confirmed that the call did not go through the emergency route, which meant the dispute was not serious or damaging. The officers arrived and convinced the actress's estranged husband to allow her to move her things once and for all.
Zolciak and her former husband are not strangers to domestic disputes, as their children have had to call for police intervention during some of their heated exchanges.
The Moving Dispute Is Not The Estranged Couple's First Rodeo
Last month, The Blast reported that Zolciak invited the police to witness her moving her stuff from their marital home in Georgia. Police initially received calls from neighbors who heard loud noises from their residence.
The cops, who apparently had other important matters, encouraged the reality star to hasten her move but were soon stalled by Biermann's tantrums when he declared that his ex-wife should only stick to moving female items.
The pair immediately exchanged unpleasant words, but things did not escalate beyond that. The cops present were able to contain the rising tension without recording any physical tension.
Zolciak and Biermann's bitter argument also extended to allegations of theft of personal items. She claimed her former husband took an iPad and four security cameras, while the entrepreneur accused her of stealing a laptop and miscellaneous documents.
The allegations resulted in the police officers warning the couple to avoid each other and every form of dispute as they navigate their divorce and settlement process.
The Reality Stars' Child Alerted Cops For Help During An Episode Of Their Arguments
Zolciak and Biermann's children have been more involved in their parents' drama than they wished for. One frustrated child reportedly contacted law enforcement to intervene while their parents got into a verbal brawl.
The call resulted in the police department sending over three officers and a supervisor to check out the residence and reinstate peace. Officers noted in their official report that the atmosphere was very heated before their arrival, but they resolved the couple between the couple.
Zolciak and Biermann's kid's call came months after their neighbor made an emergency call to 911 that one of their dogs, Stone, nearly attacked their child.
The neighbor confirmed to the dispatch that Stone had tried to attack her young son in the area. She also confirmed that it was not the first time the dog had been carelessly let off its leash, claiming it harassed her kids and "almost attacked" them.
Zolciak And Biermann Reportedly Attacked Each Other Over Curtains During Thanksgiving
As reported by The Blast, the Milton Police Department paid an emergency visit once again to the home during Thanksgiving following calls of a domestic violence case between the former couple.
Zolciak claimed to the officers that she and Biermann had a heated exchange while removing curtains in their home. She explained that her estranged partner confronted her and physically pulled her off the ladder, slamming her on the ground.
The cops confirmed that the reality star insisted she was hurt during the physical tussle but would not show evidence of injuries sustained by the first responder.
Unfortunately, some of the estranged couple's kids, including one of their daughters, bore witness to the violent exchange and even spoke with the authorities.
According to the child, Biermann initially pulled out the curtains, prompting an unimpressed Zolciak to get on the ladder and remove the curtains herself before falling on top of her former husband.
The girl added that Biermann spoke with her, encouraged her to be honest with the police, and insisted he never instructed her on what to say.
Another kid told police they did not witness the developer pull the TV personality from the ladder. The kid declared that he had come upstairs and interrupted the argument after hearing it unfold from the basement.
Biermann shared that his estranged wife had attacked him from behind and struck him in the face. The officers reportedly could not make any arrests as they could not affirm the "primary aggressor" in the incident.
Kim Zolciak Accused Kroy Biermann Of Keeping Tabs On Her Within Their Home
Before their Thanksgiving exchange, the "RHOA" alum filed an undisclosed motion against her ex-husband. Sources with knowledge of the information claimed she accused the former athlete of spying on her within their home.
Zolciak reportedly submitted photo evidence of a worn-out Biermann in her closet after long hours of spying on her.
These incidents reportedly continued with him encroaching on her private space while she was absent from home and even tampering with her security systems. The sources noted that Zolciak had installed security cameras to stop her former husband from the act, but he removed everything.
She described his behavior as disrespecting the judge's previous order about their living situation. The judge had previously ordered the Bravo star to stay in the basement of their home while Biermann got to keep the main bedroom.
Sources claimed that the TV personality was never trying to get rid of her ex but to control his spying behavior and recover her missing items.
Will the cops attempt another conflict resolution at Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's residence before the year finally ends?
