The child custody drama between Halle Berry and her ex-husband, Olivier Martinez, continues, with the actress recently trying to discredit him as a parent.

The "Bruised" director has been butting heads with her former beau in court for years since their contentious divorce. Now, the pair are fighting over custody of their minor child, a son named Maceo.

Halle Berry filed for full custody of the boy earlier this year, accusing Olivier Martinez of failing to follow the terms of their divorce settlement. She painted him as non-compliant, arguing that he constantly interfered with their son's well-being.

Berry and Martinez are scheduled to face off in court at an upcoming trial, but the "Catwoman" actress dropped a bombshell declaration ahead of the hearing. She did not mince her words while highlighting the reasons why her ex's custodial rights should be revoked, writing:

"I believe that Olivier is not a cooperative co-parent. I have experienced and perceived Olivier to have poor parental judgment."

"Based on our communications, I believe his spite for me interferes with his ability to think rationally and engage in non-hostile, productive, and peaceful communications," Berry explained.

She accuses Martinez of engaging in "aggressive and non-productive discussions which oftentimes end with him threatening and disparaging" her.

The Hollywood veteran refuted her ex-husband's claims of being cooperative, revealing their tumultuous history. She claimed it took three years, two medications, and extensive attorney involvement before Martinez agreed to let their son see a therapist.

Additionally, it took two years, two medications, and attorneys to get the French actor to decide on Maceo's education. Berry lamented the time and money wasted to reach these simple decisions with Martinez, noting she spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in attorney fees and costs.

Berry's emotional declaration continued: "For years, I have fought for every single moment of make-up time for the custody time I have been forced to lose for work-related reasons. I have spent thousands of dollars fighting for orders relating to make-up time."

Besides refusing to make timely decisions about their son's well-being, Berry accused Martinez of pushing her out of Maceo's soccer activities. "I did not go to practice or games because Olivier refused to provide me with the information," she alleged.

Given the "Un, deux, trois, soleil" star's inability to work with her, Berry stressed that he was interfering with their son's growth and should be stripped of his custodial rights. Meanwhile, Martinez's attorney responded to her comments in a statement, saying:

"In order to protect Maceo, [Olivier] will not be providing public comment even though he has addressed every allegation directly with [Halle]."
