Diddy's Reps Slam New Lawsuits Accusing The Rapper Of Raping Three Men: 'Full Of Lies'

A new lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs has revealed that he attempted to convince an alleged victim not to resist being raped after the person regained consciousness during the assault.
The suit is one of three recently filed against the embattled rapper, accusing him of drugging and raping three men between 2019 and 2022.
In response to the suit, Sean "Diddy" Combs' representatives have denounced the allegations as "full of lies" and vowed to pursue "sanctions" against the lawyers for filing what they call "fictional claims" against the Bad Boy founder.
The Rapper Allegedly Told His Accuser 'I'm Almost Done' When He Awoke
Three new lawsuits have been filed against Diddy, accusing the rapper of drugging and raping three men between 2019 and 2022.
According to the Daily Mail, the lawsuits, filed by attorney Thomas Giuffra, seek an unspecified amount in damages as compensation for the trauma the alleged victims claim to have endured.
In one filing, a victim alleged that Diddy sexually assaulted him during a meeting at a Manhattan hotel. The victim, who had been working for the music mogul at the time, went to the location to discuss a missed payment.
According to the claim, Diddy offered him a drugged drink, after which he fell asleep on the couch. When he regained consciousness, the victim was horrified to find himself lying face down on the couch with Diddy on top of him, assaulting him.
When the alleged victim tried to resist, Diddy reportedly continued and lewdly told him he was "almost done."
Diddy Reportedly Gave A Victim Cash After Assaulting Him
In another lawsuit, a second alleged male victim claimed Diddy raped him during a party at the Park Hyatt New York, an event he attended after being "recruited."
The victim alleged that Diddy "personally offered" him a cocktail at the party, which he later discovered had been prepared in the "other room."
He added that despite only taking half the drink, he suddenly began to feel like the room was "spinning" while his mouth became "very dry."
Shortly after drinking the cocktail, he passed out but briefly regained consciousness to find himself being raped by Diddy while a man and a woman allegedly recorded the assault.
The victim further claimed that the next day, Diddy gave him $2,500, seemingly as hush money. He stated he never told anyone about the incident due to "fear and humiliation."
The Lawyer Representing The Alleged Victims Claims The Rapper Silenced His Accusers With 'His Power'
Meanwhile, the lawyer of the alleged victims has also called out Diddy, saying the rapper is a "rich, powerful public figure who was able to take advantage by drugging these men."
The lawyer also claimed that the Bad Boy founder "ensured" the alleged victims' "silence by threatening them and relying on their fear of his power."
He added, "This is a long overdue opportunity for the victims to take the power back after carrying the burden of the assaults in silence for several years."
Diddy's Representatives Slammed The New Filings
Diddy's representatives have already slammed the new filings and vowed to go after lawyers who have filed unverified claims against the rapper.
"These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him," the representatives told the outlet.
The rapper has other legal troubles plaguing him as he is in a Brooklyn jail, awaiting a trial set for May 2025.
Diddy was arrested on September 16 and is facing federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Diddy Was Previously Sued By A Woman Who Claimed He Dangled Her Over A Balcony
The new filings come weeks after Diddy was sued by fashion designer Bryana "Bana" Bongolan of sexual battery, infliction of emotional distress and false imprisonment,
The allegations seem to originate from an altercation with the rapper that allegedly ended with him dangling her over a 17th-floor balcony while shouting threats.
In the lawsuit, Bongolan's attorney, James R. Nikraftar, issued a scathing criticism of Diddy, urging him to take accountability for his actions.
"The only purpose of dangling someone over a balcony is to actually kill them or to intentionally terrorize them and rob them of any concept of dominion over their own bodily autonomy and safety," read a part of the filing, per Rolling Stone.
"Ms. Bongolan refuses to allow this fear to control the rest of her life and brings this action to demand that Mr. Combs takes responsibility for the trauma he intentionally and maliciously" inflicted.
