Another image featured Fox holding a positive pregnancy test, officially announcing that she and Machine Gun Kelly are excitedly preparing to welcome their newest addition.

This new arrival will be the fourth child for Megan Fox, who is already a proud mom to three sons—Noah, 12, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 8—from her previous marriage to actor Brian Austin Green.

The 38-year-old actress recently spoke with PEOPLE Magazine about her partnership with REVOLVE and revealed that since announcing her fourth pregnancy—her first with fiancé Machine Gun Kelly—she’s embraced some lifestyle changes.

"With this being child #4, I already have learned all the tricks to make my body feel well physically and mentally," Fox told the outlet. "I am sleeping and exercising and sticking to my healthy diet and lifestyle, as always."

After the couple announced the news, a source told PEOPLE that they initially kept the pregnancy private until Fox felt ready to share. The insider added that both Fox and Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, “can’t stop talking about the baby.”

“They are very excited. He’s basically telling everyone he knows,” the source revealed, adding that Fox initially felt nervous in the early stages of pregnancy but is now more relaxed. “She’s trying to enjoy it. She loves being pregnant.” The source also noted that the couple is “doing well” and fully focused on their growing family. However, they shared that it’s unlikely Fox and Kelly will tie the knot before their baby arrives.

Hours after the news broke that Fox is expecting her fourth child, sources reported that she is currently four to five months pregnant, with a due date projected for March 2025. Although the couple knows the baby’s sex, they’ve decided to keep it private for now, leaving fans guessing whether they’re expecting a boy or a girl.

Fox, who got engaged to Machine Gun Kelly in January 2022, is said to be feeling confident and healthy throughout this pregnancy.

Fox and Kelly first crossed paths on the set of "Midnight in the Switchgrass" in March 2020. Their relationship became public a few months later when Fox appeared in Kelly’s "Bloody Valentine" music video in May 2020. The video’s release coincided with Fox’s ex-husband, Brian Austin Green, confirming their split after nearly a decade of marriage.

In January 2022, Fox announced their engagement in a heartfelt Instagram post. The video showed Kelly proposing under a banyan tree, a location with deep significance for the couple.

In February 2023, Fox sparked rumors of a split with an Instagram post suggesting their engagement might be over. However, by May 2023, the couple was spotted together at the launch of Sports Illustrated's Swimsuit issue, signaling a reconciliation.

Since then, Fox has been seen wearing her engagement ring once more, confirming they have rekindled their relationship.

The couple’s exciting baby news follows a deeply personal revelation from Fox. In her book, "Pretty Boys Are Poisonous," released in November 2023, Fox shared her experience of suffering a miscarriage through two heartfelt poems.
