Traffic Stop Uncovered Meth Pipe Hidden By The Troubled Star

Chelsea's legal trouble began with a routine traffic stop. According to In Touch, police reports note that the 27-year-old was a passenger in a car stopped by Niagara Police for having an excessively loud exhaust.

Alongside Chelsea were another woman, a man named Justin, and a young child. Authorities noted suspicious behavior, including visible pick marks on Chelsea's face, which officers associated with heavy drug use.

A K9 unit was brought in, and a positive alert led to a search of the vehicle and its occupants. During the search, officers found a "clear smoking device" with methamphetamine residue concealed in Chelsea's bra.

'The Rosie Show' Star's Daughter Admitted To Meth Use

Chelsea found herself in deeper trouble after her recent arrest uncovered shocking revelations. During police questioning, she admitted to smoking meth earlier in the day and shared plans to begin an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in hopes of getting clean.

Despite expressing a desire to quit, she also admitted to planning to discard her meth pipe before entering treatment. However, Chelsea's troubles escalated after she was taken to jail. In a routine strip search, staff discovered a hidden prescription pill bottle inside her body.

The container reportedly held methamphetamine, Hydrocodone, Alprazolam, and Lamotrigine pills.

Chelsea Was Granted Supervised Visitation With Kids

Amid ongoing legal battles with ex-partner Jacob Bourassa, the mother-of-four was granted supervised visitation rights with her children. As reported by The Blast, Chelsea would have at least two hours of weekly visitation under the supervision of Bourassa's mother, Vicki Bourassa.

However, court documents allowed for flexibility, permitting both parties to agree on additional time or alternative supervisors. The custody battle was reignited after Bourassa filed for full custody, citing significant changes in Chelsea's life that could impact the children's well-being.

His attorney argued, "It is no longer in the best interests of the parties' minor children that [Chelsea] have unsupervised placement," emphasizing the need to safeguard their physical and emotional health.

Chelsea's downward spiral began in September when a 911 call during a domestic dispute led police to her home. Upon arrival, officers reportedly found Chelsea with dilated pupils, a meth pipe, and various drug paraphernalia.

During their search, authorities uncovered a black vial containing methamphetamine, Alprazolam pills, and marijuana-related items.

Disturbingly, they also discovered her infant in a room surrounded by drugs, including a "meth pipe, a gem bag with methamphetamine inside, a marijuana grinder, and another container with marijuana shake in it."

Chelsea was arrested and hit with four felony charges: maintaining a drug trafficking place, child neglect, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of THC.

As Chelsea O'Donnell's legal troubles continue to unfold, the major question is if she can rise above it all.
