Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's chapter in their Georgia mansion is nearly over with the bank's foreclosure in December.
The feuding couple desperately tried to sell their longtime home before the bank auctioned it off, repeatedly reducing its selling price. While it remains unclear if anyone would purchase the property before next week, the estranged spouses have launched their relocation plans.
While preparing to move out, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann forced cops to visit their home over a verbal dispute. This incident marked one of many visits amid their messy divorce, with neighbors and even one of their children reporting them to authorities.
Moving Trucks Seen Outside Kim Zolciak And Kroy Biermann's Georgia Home
According to new reports, two massive moving trucks were spotted in front of Zolciak and Biermann's estate. One vehicle was parked in the Georgia mansion's driveway while the other was on the street.
It appeared Zolciak and Biermann were gearing up to leave before the bank's foreclosure on Tuesday, December 3. The estranged pair repeatedly pushed off the auction by trying to sell the home themselves but could not attract buyers.
The duo initially listed the 7-bedroom, 11-bathroom home for $6 million before making desperate price cuts to sell it. Their most recent reduction occurred last week when they removed $300K, bringing the mansion's value to $3.65 million, yet no one was interested.
If Zolciak and Biermann's home ends up on the auction block, whoever purchases it would walk away with a great deal. TMZ shared that the 15,000-square-foot property had various luxuries, including a massive pool, a chef's kitchen, and a game room.
Zolciak Called The Cops While Moving Her Belongings
After enduring a tumultuous time living under the same roof amid their nasty divorce, it was unclear if Zolciak and Biermann would move into another shared home. If they do choose to live together pending the finalization of their marriage, their four children are sure to be with them.
Meanwhile, Zolciak's adult daughters, Brielle and Ariana, reportedly lived in Atlanta and New York City, respectively. News of the estranged couple's move broke last week, with The Blast reporting that the cops had visited the Georgia property to settle another dispute.
According to the incident report, officers found Zolciak waiting for them, who then asked for protection while gathering some of her belongings. They urged her to grab her items quickly, stressing that they could not wait all day for her to move her things.
The Estranged Couple Had A Verbal Argument In Front Of Cops
When the responding officers approached Biermann, he told them that Zolciak should only take "female" items from their home. However, the pair eventually broke into a verbal argument as the Bravolebrity moved her stuff.
Fortunately, the situation did not escalate into physical violence, but cops warned Zolciak and Biermann to stay out of each other's way. The duo also accused the other party of stealing, with the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" alum alleging her ex stole her iPad and four security cameras.
On the other hand, the former American footballer accused Zolciak of stealing a laptop and miscellaneous documents. In a previous incident, someone in the area reportedly called the cops over a loud argument in the estranged couple's home.
Authorities deemed that no crime was committed because the situation stemmed from a verbal argument and not domestic violence. Therefore, no one was arrested, and the responding officers resolved the dispute.
Inside The Infamous Duo's Run-ins With Authorities
Zolciak and Biermann's incidents with the police included a report about their dogs. The pair share two canines, Stone and Sinn, with the former sparking a neighbor's 911 call in November 2023. The woman reported Stone for nearly attacking her young son.
She claimed the dog tried to tackle the boy, noting it wasn't the first time Stone had harassed her kids. The displeased neighbor accused Zolciak and Biermann of leaving their dogs unattended, claiming they wandered around the neighborhood without their leash or supervision.
In a different 2023 incident, one of Zolciak and Biermann's children called the cops to intervene in a heated argument. The duo's verbal dispute reportedly escalated, forcing three officers and a supervisor to visit their home.
Kroy Biermann Might File For Bankruptcy Amid He And Kim Zolciak's Financial Woes
Weeks earlier, The Blast shared that Biermann was considering filing for bankruptcy to escape his financial burdens. His divorce lawyer, Ryan Proctor, revealed the news in documents detailing the sum the former athlete owed the law firm.
The most recent invoice was a $18,100 bill, which the attorney noted stemmed from the work he did for Biermann's interest in bankruptcy. The debt breakdown included over three hours of work researching bankruptcy options in late August and calls about bankruptcy strategies.
The legal rep also billed Biermann for allegedly asking him to watch Zolciak's "Surreal Life" show. He was tasked with noting if the Bravolebrity mentioned their divorce or disparaged his client on the reality TV program.
