Christine Brown's daughter, Mykelti Padron, is not holding back on sharing shocking details about the "Sister Wives" family dynamic.

The reality TV star is implying that her father, Kody Brown, suffered verbal and physical abuse at the hands of his first wife, Meri Brown, during their marriage. The shocking allegation comes days after Kody labeled Meri his "favorite ex-wife," reflecting emotionally on their 30-year union.

Meri Brown and Kody Brown announced their split in January 2023, ending their decades-long relationship, which had already been under strain.

Christine Brown's Daughter Fuels Speculation About Meri Brown's Alleged Abuse in Candid Q&A

The allegations are not new; Mykelti has previously made vague yet pointed comments about alleged abuse involving Meri and the Brown family. However, her recent statements appear to have reignited public interest.

The 28-year-old addressed the topic during a recent Q&A video, where she stopped short of confirming claims but left little room for doubt. In Touch reports that during the session, Mykelti referenced a YouTuber's video that explored whether Meri was abusive toward Kody.

Mykelti's response raised eyebrows, "If you're thinking it, and other people are thinking it too, you guys are probably not far off." She hesitated to elaborate, citing potential backlash. "I just don't want to deal with being called and getting in trouble. So that's all I'm gonna say," she added.

The YouTuber Previously Spoke About Her Step-Mother's Alleged Abuse

Mykelti previously addressed the claims of abuse within the Brown family back in January 2023. The star revealed in a Patreon clip that while she did not recall Meri ever being physically abusive to her, she described a troubling pattern of emotional and verbal abuse toward all of the family's 18 children.

In her words, "I don't remember Meri ever being physically abusive to me. She was very emotionally and verbally abusive to all of us when we were younger."

The mother-of-three went on to explain that the abuse seemed to stop once the children "got old enough" and could stand up for themselves. Mykelti confessed that she felt like she received the worst of Meri's treatment, something she noted her siblings also believed.

Kody Brown's Emotional Goodbye To Meri Left Her Shocked

Given everything that is unfolding, it is surprising that Meri's move prompted Kody's emotional outburst, which even took her by surprise.

In a preview for the "Sister Wives" episode that aired last week, the family's patriarch was seen holding back tears as his ex-wife settled into her new home in Utah.

The Blast reported that Kody expressed a mix of sadness and gratitude, telling Meri, "Meri, it's the end of an era. It was a great run, but I'm not gonna let it get me down," before they shared a heartfelt hug.

Despite the emotional moment, the father-of-eighteen clarified that his tears were not about his life falling apart but rather because their time together had truly mattered. While shocked by his vulnerability, Meri admitted that they "had something really good."

In the preview, Kody also took a trip down memory lane, reflecting on the end of his marriage to the mother-of-one and the complexities of their relationship.

Kody emotionally admitted that while they had something special, their marriage ultimately "went to s–t" due to a series of issues. Despite the heartbreak, he expressed, "It's OK. I don't feel like … I'm not bitter anymore. I'm not angry."

However, the pain of multiple separations still lingered, leaving a void in his heart. As he spoke to Meri, he shared, "I'm glad you're my favorite ex-wife," acknowledging their unique bond.

Yet, he also confided in her that his current life feels vastly different from three years ago, with a deep sense of loss for what could have been.

With his words, it is clear that despite their long and turbulent history, the ex's managed to part on decent terms. Kody even expressed his excitement to help Meri move into her new home, calling it an important step toward maintaining a positive relationship for the future.

"I'm very good with her moving on. I hope this is a goodwill gesture that'll keep us in a good place with each other," Kody shared. At the same time, the timing was symbolic to Meri, as the move coincided with her wedding anniversary to Kody.

In an emotional moment, Meri reflected on the timing, saying, "It's almost like it's God, the universe, whatever, [is] like, 'You have done your time. Move on.'"

How will the "Sister Wives" family respond to Christine Brown's daughter's claims?
