The victim in the civil sexual assault, Nikita Hand, had accused the UFC fighter of raping her in a hotel in Dublin.
In her testimony to the jury, she claimed that McGregor had not only "brutally raped" her, he also "battered" her during the incident.
She also shared that she "kept thinking" she would die while McGregor was choking her at the time.
Following the court ruling in her favor, she was granted €248,603.60 in damages against McGregor.

In defending himself, McGregor has reportedly spent around €300,000 and will be expected to pay some of his victim's attorney fees, which are said to be around €500,000, per the Daily Mail.
However, it would take a while before any form of payment is made to the victim, as McGregor has expressed his intention to appeal the case.
"Justice was served for James Lawrence, yes!" McGregor wrote on X. "Nikita Hand, vicious liar! APPEAL!"
Lawrence, who McGregor referenced, was also accused of sexual assault, but the jury did not find him guilty. The friends had denied Hands' allegations, with McGregor claiming that their affair was consensual.
