Kanye West Accused Of 'Gagging And Choking' Former 'ANTM' Star In New Assault Lawsuit

Kanye West has been slammed with a fresh lawsuit by former "America's Next Top Model" contestant Jenn An, accusing the rapper of "gagging and choking" her till she blacked out.

The rapper has also been accused of sexual assault by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, who claimed that West drugged her at a Diddy party.

Amid his legal tussle, Kanye West and his wife Bianca Censori's relationship has seemingly suffered, but the couple recently purchased a Beverly Hills mansion in a "last ditch effort" to save their marriage.

West has another lawsuit to sort out as "America's Next Top Model" alum Jenn An sued him for allegedly "gagging" and "choking" her till she blacked out.

According to TMZ, the model in her filing claimed that West made the video shoot for him and La Roux's "In For the Kill" music video to look more like a porn scene, saying the experience felt like a "pornographic gagging/deep throat/BDSM fetishes" than shooting a music video.

An explained that there were a lot of girls to choose from, but West allegedly said, "Give me the Asian girl," and placed her on a chair, instructing the director to focus on her.

She claims in the document that he then "smothered" her face with his hands and "rammed several fingers down her throat, continuously moved them in and out, and gagged her to emulate forced oral sex."

The 47-year-old rapper was featured on the remix of the said track but not the original version. He and An also do not appear in the final cut of the music video.

According to the news outlet, she noted in her filing that she was dressed in skimpy lingerie during the shoot, with West supposedly telling her, "That's why I chose you."

She claims that after she was choked, West purportedly shouted, "This is art. This is f-cking art. I am like Picasso" during the filming of the video.

An also alleged that LaRoux later told a friend that she had witnessed "upsetting, unsettling" conduct during the shoot.

She's also suing Universal Music Group, claiming the record company and other music industry "high-profile figures" attempted to "bury" the alleged incident.

The new lawsuit comes about a month after West's former assistant Lauren Pisciotta sued him for allegedly drugging and raping her at a Diddy party.

The influencer had earlier in June filed a suit against West, accusing him of stalking her and sexually harassing her while he was her boss in 2021 and 2022.

However, she updated the lawsuit to an 88-page document in October, where she shared several other allegations.

According to the Daily Mail, Pisciotta claimed that she observed West use his Yeezy offices as a "sexual playground," where he often had sex with his many sexual targets, saying that the act made him "feel powerful and secure."

Additionally, to help with the spontaneity of his desire, West allegedly instructed his employees to create "makeshift bedrooms" in a private room or closet.

The rooms reportedly contained mattresses on the floor, pillows, and blankets, which the rapper and his sexual target used during those random meet-ups.

The former adult film star also named West's wife Bianca Censori as his "on-call sex party participant/employee" during the many "sex parties" he hosted at luxury hotels.

The document mentioned that Censori did more than participate in the sex parties, claiming she also consensually engaged in "twisted and bizarre sexual behavior, fantasy, and foreplay" as desired by West.

Amid West's mounting legal troubles, he and Censori have seemingly turned their attention inward to prevent their marriage from crashing.

According to the Daily Mail, the pair recently bought a $35 million Beverly Hills mansion, but sources have revealed that the purchase is their "last ditch effort" to save their marriage as they try to create a "grounded" life together.

The couple have been hit with reports of a broken marriage as the Australian beauty reportedly wants "stability" in their marriage, as well as starting a family and raising children.

"Bianca has wanted stability for well over a year now," the source told the news outlet. "This house was a last-ditch effort to save their marriage because Kanye knows what she wants, which is a family and to be grounded. But her family [doesn't] know if Kanye is going to give this to her."

They continued, "Kanye changes his mind daily on what he wants to do and that house was purchased with the intent of living in it."
