Perhaps the dancing show's producers can hit him up now that his hands have gotten less occupied with court dates and appearances.

Before the settlement development, The Blast gathered from the dancer's lawyer that his appearance on the set of "DWTS" for a special event might be the first step towards a serious return to the show.

Ilona Antonyan clarified that "DWTS" producers had not called Chigvintsev yet for a possible appearance in the show's next season, but he was open to returning to the competition if they wanted him.

The legal rep noted that his client's planned return was not strange because he has kept close ties with the show's producers. He explained that things were so smooth between them that one of the executive producers for "DWTS" personally invited the dancer to their 500th episode event.

Antonyan confirmed that dancing would always be a part of Chigvintsev's life, and he hoped to embrace his passion for a long time. While he took a break from strutting his stuff on the stage during his divorce, the reality star reportedly tried his hands at construction work.

Garcia's domestic violence allegations had resounding effects on Chigvintsev's dance career, as the dancer claimed he was dismissed from the show in the wake of his arrest.

The construction expert noted that the trauma of his arrest and Garcia's false allegations caused him to lose significant income. He revealed that he lost over $100k from failing to lock in dance deals due to the bad reputation he got from the case.

Chigvintsev also allegedly lost revenue from social media promotions. At the same time, his ex-partner Garcia continued to rake in money from this avenue while his career suffered a decline due to her false claims to authorities.

In her divorce filing, which happened shortly after his arrest for alleged domestic violence, Garcia noted that everything began falling apart after he was let off the show.

"Since being cut from 'Dancing with the Stars,' Artem grew increasingly angry, snapping at me and yelling. We had discussions about his need to control his anger," wrote Garcia.

The mom-of-one explained that he was fired a week before his domestic violence arrest, which made him very irritable and frustrated.

Chigvintsev was released after posting a $25,000 bail, and authorities noted he was "cooperative in the process." However, the District Attorney's office decided not to pursue the case by pressing charges.
