Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann Reportedly Clashed Over Attempt To Move Out

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's divorce process just got messier with a new clash.

The estranged couple reportedly went at it during her attempt to move out of their shared home, resulting in a serious warning from the cops.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have gotten into quite a handful of heated arguments since their separation, including an instance where their kids had to alert the authorities last year.

The issue escalated into a verbal exchange when the reality star tried to grab a few things in the home. According to the police report from the incident, she invited the police to stand by while she cleared some stuff from the Georgia mansion.

The star was told to hurry by the cops, who apparently did not have all day as they had other pressing issues to attend to. The report continued that the cops then approached Biermann, who declared that his estranged wife should stick to moving female items only.

The former couple could not wait to give each other a piece of their mind as she moved out the items. Despite the rise in tension, no physical violence occurred.

However, TMZ shared that law enforcement agents intervened in the situation and warned the couple to stay away from each other during the process. 

Zolciak and Biermann's verbal argument also involved accusing each other of theft to the cops present.  According to the TV star, her former husband took an iPad and four security cameras, while her estranged boo accused her of stealing a laptop and miscellaneous documents.

While The Blast cannot confirm if the approaching foreclosure on their Georgia property is responsible for the bad blood between the ex-couple, the exchange did not result in any arrest.

On how the police got involved, someone in the area reportedly called 911 on Monday, November 18 for backup on the scene when the noises became louder.

Insiders declared that the authorities determined that no crime had been committed after talking to the estranged couple. They reportedly discovered the incident was only a tense verbal exchange and not a domestic violence incident. Hence, no arrests were made, nor were charges pressed.

The cops instead doused the tension temporarily by engaging in talks with Zolciak and Biermann.The chances of a fight occurring between them in the future are somehow on the high side due to their complicated history.

This is not the first time cops have gotten involved in the former couple's business. Back in November 2023, a disgruntled neighbor called the cops on Zolciak and Biermann over one of their dogs. 

The estranged couple own two canines, Stone and Sinn, but Stone pushed the neighbor to make 911 reports for nearly attacking the neighbor's child.

The concerned mother confirmed to the dispatch that Stone had tried to tackle her young son in the area. She also revealed that it was not the first time the dog had been carelessly let off its leash, claiming it harassed her kids and "almost attacked" them.

The neighbor did not stop with the cops. She shared the dog incident on The Manor Golf and Country Club Residents group on Facebook, sharing pictures of Stone and Sinn.

Other homeowners in their community promptly identified the dogs as the "RHOA" star and Biermann's pets, confirming they had seen them in public without their leash and proper adult supervision.

One of Zolciak and Biermann's children took the cue from their neighbor a few months after the dog incident and invited the police officers during a dispute between their parents.

Their fight reportedly descended into a heated confrontation, leading one of their children to take emergency action and contact law enforcement for help. Local authorities reportedly sent over three officers and a supervisor to check out the residence.

Official reports declared that the argument was very loud before authorities settled the situation. Before this, cops responded to Zolciak's pleas for help, where she admitted to feeling unsafe at home after Biermann locked her out of their bedroom.

Perhaps it is a great time to leave the mansion behind for good since it has witnessed so many cops visiting and conflict.

In a bid to ensure that, the couple made a massive price slash from the initial selling fee of $6 million in 2023 to a meager $3.65 million to prevent a bank foreclosure and sort out part of their financial woes.

The sprawling 7-bedroom mansion sits on a 15,000 square foot with 11 bathrooms and a massive pool. Zolciak and Biermann have reportedly been stalling the bank's foreclosure since 2023 and have urged the court to delay the auction and allow them to sell the home themselves. 

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have yet to find a buyer for the home as the December 3 foreclosure date draws closer.
