Diddy Finally Gets An Offer For His Raided L.A. Mansion, But For Half The Asking Price

Sean "Diddy" Combs' has received an offer on his luxurious Los Angeles home. Despite placing the home on the market for around $60 million, the bid comes at 50% below the asking price.

The mansion has seemingly not received offers before now due to the stigma that continues to trail the embattled rapper following his sex crime charges for allegedly hosting drug-fueled orgies known as "freak offs."

Amid his legal troubles, Sean "Diddy" Combs recently scored a winner in his legal battle after a judge ruled that prosecutors should destroy notes confiscated in a jail cell raid.

The "Bad Boy for Life" crooner has received an offer on his L.A. mansion, which was one of his homes that was raided as part of investigations by Homeland Security earlier this year.

According to TMZ, Bo Belmont and his company, Belwood Investments, have offered $30 million for the mansion, which happens to be almost 50% less than Diddy's asking price.

The realtor boss says he wants to change the narrative that has trailed the 17,000 sq. Ft home and turn attention to the actual beauty of the property.

It remains unknown if the price he's offering is the last bargain, as it's far below what Diddy is asking for.

Belwood Investments has gained notoriety for buying up celebrity homes at a bargain price after snapping up Kanye West's Malibu beachfront property for $21 million, far less than the $57 million fee he paid for it in 2021.

Belmont's offer happens to be the only concrete offer on the table for Diddy's home, as realtors claim potential buyers have been avoiding it because of its "ick factor."

The massive mansion was part of Diddy's properties that federal agents searched as part of investigations into his alleged sex crimes.

According to TMZ, sources shared that "only a few" potential buyers have checked it out or shown interest in the property.

They disclosed that one married couple recently looked at the house but the woman was "creeped out" and couldn't wait to leave.

The Bad Boy Records founder has been locked behind bars at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center ahead of his trial scheduled to kick off in May 2025. He is being charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Diddy recently scored a winner in his ongoing legal battle as a federal judge ruled that evidence obtained during his jail cell raid earlier this month would not count.

According to People Magazine, the 55-year-old rapper appeared in court on Tuesday, November 19, ahead of his bail hearing scheduled for Friday, November 22, after prosecutors accused him of violating his attorney-client privileges due to items that were seized from his cell during a Bureau of Prisons sweep.

His attorney retorted in a counterclaim, calling the sweep an "outrageous government conduct" and a "due process violation," adding that the seizures contained notes Diddy had written to them concerning defense strategies.

Judge Arun Subramanian ultimately ruled in Diddy's favor, declaring that he wouldn't consider evidence obtained during the sweep and that prosecutors must destroy all copies of notes seized.

Prosecutors have also accused Diddy of trying to "corruptly influence" his sex trafficking trial by evading how his calls from jail are monitored, as well as masterminding a "blackmail" campaign against witnesses and potential jurors.

Prosecutors claim he has made "relentless efforts to contact potential witnesses, including victims of his abuse who could provide powerful testimony against him," per Page Six.

He's accused of using phone access codes of other inmates to contact several people from jail and has made "three-way calls to contact other individuals."

"This practice is also not authorized by BOP [Federal Bureau of Prisons] as it helps conceal the identities of the contacted individuals," the court documents read. "The defendant's repeated circumvention of BOP regulations—starting almost immediately after arriving at MDC—speaks volumes about his ability to comply with any conditions of release."

According to People, Prosecutors say his behavior "provides the clear inference that the defendant's goal is to blackmail victims and witnesses either into silence or providing testimony helpful to his defense."

According to Page Six, court documents show that five new people represented by Texas lawyer, Tony Buzbee, have sued Diddy.

Three of the victims alleged they were raped by Diddy on separate occasions between 2001 and 2004, while the timeline for a fourth victim remains undisclosed.

One accuser claimed he was drugged and raped during an afterparty at a residence in Miami, which Diddy and several colleagues attended.

A second victim, a woman, alleged that she was still a minor at the time she was drugged and raped by the rapper. According to court documents, the assault took place during one of his Fourth of July all-white parties.

Two other men also claimed that they were drugged and sexually assaulted by the music mogul. One mentioned that it occurred while working with Diddy for a video role and that the rapper's bodyguard was also part of the assault. Meanwhile, the other noted that the rapper raped him at a party at his NYC home.

A fifth accuser alleged that she met with Diddy at a Halloween party in New York City when she was 18. However, during the event, she was led to a black SUV limousine where Diddy was already inside. She claims after entering the car, she was drugged and forced to perform oral sex on the Bad Boy Records founder and several others.
