Corey Feldman's estranged wife, Courtney Feldman, records a huge win in court amid their spousal support tussle.
The star's former wife finally gets the court to approve her plea for increased spousal support although with a slightly modified amount.
Courtney Feldman and Corey Feldman have been at loggerheads over financial settlements in the divorce process, which have gotten very bitter.
Court Order Corey Feldman To Pay Courtney Feldman $3,500 In Temporary Spousal Support
The face-off between the estranged couple happened on November 15, when she got the court to increase her entitlements from Corey. The actor was ordered to dole out $3,500 monthly in temporary support based on a deal reached between both parties.
The star will reportedly continue paying the amount until the court reaches a final decision on the spousal support case.
According to In Touch, the court noted that the issue of retroactive support has yet to be resolved. The couple got hitched on November 22, 2016, in Las Vegas. Corey filed for divorce seven years later, in September 2023.
Courtney Revealed She Was Unemployed And Neck Deep In Medical Debt
Courtney claimed that she needed immediate financial support to sort her bills, particularly the thousands owed in medical debt, and currently due to losing her job as a barista.
According to her lawyer, Courtney "has been living with friends, has no vehicle, no income, and has had medical expenses which [Corey] will not reimburse or assist."
Her attorney explained that the star's former wife had borrowed funds to settle bills "from family members, who, in turn, had to borrow money. She is without funds for necessities of life, much less attorney fees or to hire a forensic accountant."
Courtney initially asked the court to grant her $5,000 per month in support because she could not maintain the luxurious life she shared with Corey.

According to The Blast, Courtney explained that the $2,000 she was getting from her estranged husband was not enough to sort out her financial responsibilities.
Her lawyer also shared that Courtney has provided Corey unwavering emotional and career support since 2011, but he has failed to reciprocate the gesture.
Courtney noted that the actor had abandoned her. On the money issue, Courtney affirmed that her ex makes about $280,000 monthly income.
She claimed her estranged husband profits about $35,000 from fan conventions and makes big income trading personalized videos to fans on Cameo. The star's estranged wife also added that the actor was paid $700,000 for a documentary he was featured in 2020.
Corey Previously Filed To Dismiss His Ex-Wife's Spousal Support Request
For Corey, Courtney's demands were simply unachievable. Due to his claims, he proceeded to declare his financial standings. The screen guru explained that he rakes in about $2,536 monthly against the $280,000 Courtney claimed.
He noted that he had $34,000 in the bank and no other assets, with his monthly expenses around $16,799. Corey also reportedly spent around $5,000 on healthcare, $2,000 on groceries, $2,000 on eating out, and $1,000 on laundry.
His car expenses totaled $1,500, with $225 going to charitable contributions, $835 on entertainment, and $500 on clothes. Corey also makes monthly payments on debts to the IRS and Capital One.
The singer Corey added that he settled $439 on the credit card debt in October and made a $1,600 payment on the IRS debt in November.

The actor's former wife also accused him of leaving their marriage after expressing her intention to stop indulging in drugs. In her words:
"My decision to quit drugs and 'our lifestyle' was the reason our marriage ended," adding that in "May 2023, I informed Corey I would not be 'partying' anymore, and further, because of my deteriorating health and increased stress, I would not be going on tour. Once I said no to the drugs our relationship unraveled quickly."
Corey, however, disputed the claim, explaining that they did not live a luxurious life where they could afford to use drugs all the time.
He explained that they rented a home with three roommates, and he paid $5,000 for Courtney to qualify as a certified healthcare coach, but instead became a barista and refused to get a job in her line of experience.
